RUN!!!!I do not recommend this company . Working with this company is my worst nightmare during this remodel. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t show up as scheduled and Mr. Alcides never answers the phone or his messages now that he has warranty work to do. He refuses to do tile and grout repair which is under warranty, two weeks after completion. I notified him about some grout issues. As of today still no one has come out to my home to do the warranty work. All they do is schedule and reschedule constantly.Their workmanship is not the best. They had to re-tile the master bathroom twice because the tile layer was not experienced. He finally managed to bring in a third guy who knew more than the last two guys combined.Again, Run ! Do not hire them to do anything for you. You will regret it just like I am.I have tons of pictures during the whole process as proof to their poor workmanship.

I made my master bathroom with this company and I was amazed, they did from my design to my installation, everything was in a timely manner as in their contract. Your workers are very friendly and dedicated. I am very satisfied with my work that was completed today. I recommend them !!!! I also thank Alcides, his sales manager.

Alcides and Liz have been patient and extremely helpful through this process. We cant wait to see our finished kitchen.

UPDATE: They came to the house today and fixed the issues. The counter top looks great and now we have our faucet and the faucet hole is fixed. They had some health issues that delayed their work. Emergencies come up and we understand. As I told the company, just communicate with us. Were reasonable people.ORIGINAL: Im in the middle of a project with this company. The kitchen counter top is beautiful, but I still dont have my faucet after 3 weeks. They also messed up the faucet holes in the bathroom and havent come back to fix it. They keep saying theyre coming but they dont show up and dont call to reschedule.

I am very satisfied with my countertops and my cabinets, it is a very professional company and I was delighted with the installation and fabrication of my kitchen and two bathrooms. I highly recommend them for your countertop and cabinet remodel projects.

I did 4 bathroom & 2 Kitchen and Im very exicted & grateful with them because they gave me a Good price for everything the quality products is amazing and the People are really nice .I recommend them 100% .Thank so much guys God continue blessing you .

Please read these reviews, I have had the same negative experiences.I am too professional to give my real thoughts, however, the bottom line is I paid for a service which I did not get and Alcides(owner, manager, whatever he thinks he is that day) is not being honorable and not following up on his contracts. Read the reviews.

Nice showroom and people, but the service part of the business leaves a lot to be desired. Felt like i was lied to from the beginning. The only reason I went with this company is the time frame he told me. First off the date to come out and measure was supposed to be from 8am-12pm no one ever showed or called me, i had to call them . They finally got there at 8:30pm. The installation week i was given never happened, so had to wait until the following week. The day of the installation time slot of 8am-12pm was a no show, and once again i had to call them to find out what happened. Installation was done the next day, i was out of town and my daughter was there. They did half the job,and then had to go back to the shop to make some additional cuts and said they would be back 3pm,but got back at 6:40 pm. I got in town the next week to find uneven cuts, uneven gaps along the wall in the kitchen, damage around and uninstalled wall outlets, vanity mirror not put up in bathroom,and mess that wasnt cleaned up. I have pictures and video to support my claim. Only i wanted was good on time service and I got nether.

I rated this 1 start because there is no option for 0.The owner Alcides is unprofessional, confrontational and a true narcissist.He was scheduled to arrive at my house before 4pm but showed up after 7pm to measure a very simple 24x21 bathroom vanity. When I asked Alcades why he kicked/shoved my 8 week old, 3lb Corgi puppy down the hallway for nibbling on his shoe strings. He insisted my 24yr old son was a liar and a little boy then asked why didnt he (my son) do something about it. I had to pick up the marble nearly a week late and somehow the sink is too big for the vanity cabinet causing us to cut a notch into the vanity cabinet stand to fit the sink clamp.0 stars, go somewhere else!

Do not use this company unless all you want is lip service. After 45 days of promises I finally insisted on my money back. If you like no shows or late for appointments, Alcides is your guy.
