The owner took such great care of us and took her time with our 3 year old little girl, even though we arrived just a few minutes before they closed. You can easily tell theres so much passion for the work they do. We greatly appreciate this place!

Been here many times over the years. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre having (covid) issues with shipping so their selection currently lacks as many sizes as they normally carry. But theyre willing to make other suggestions to find what you need.

Ladies made us feel welcome. We were able to purchase point shoes, acro shoes, lovely leotards, bottom pieces, and a dance bag to start the dancing season in style. Good atmosphere and great selection to meet our dancing needs.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they are open on Mondays. Took away a star because the the store is so tight. Not their fault but there are so few stores in the bay area, so prices can be a bit expensive for some items. You almost feel forced to pay more money. Its not worth shopping around because stores are located so far from one another, if they dont have what you need, its not worth the time/gas for the second trip. UPDATE... because the staff is so exceptional I have to give them the extra star. :o)

Best dancewear store!!! They had everything we needed in the brands that we wanted. We got pointe shoes, tights, pads, ribbons, leotards and glue . The owner was a darling and gave us a discount on many of our items. The staff was so sweet with my daughter and made a big fuss of her in the leotard she choose. Best dance shopping experience weve ever had. Thank you On Your toes!

Waited forever to get help, not sure what was going on. NO apology for the wait, had what I needed but probably wont be back. Other stores to patronize.

They staff there is great and very knowledgeable. It the only place I would recommend to take you child to have point shoes fitted. My daughter loves going there because the have all kinds of other dance stuff.

This shop is awesome! The lady that helped my daughter was extremely experienced and knew exactly what to bring from the back room to try. My daughter tried on one pair of character shoes and one pair of canvas split sole ballet flats. We bought them both! So friend, so professional, so experienced! We will ALWAYS buy from On Your Toes now. Weve tried the rest, but loved this shop and staff the BEST!

Ive been a couple of times. I get lost in the shuffle when there are many customers. Service has been average, but they are knowledgeable. Their stock is usually very plentiful.

April helped us my granddaughter was fitted for her first point ballet shoes 🩰. April was very patient and sweet!! I will send my friends in.

On June 27, I misread the operating hours and realized I would be there right at closing. I called to verify the hours and I told the lady who answered the phone my issue. She was more than helpful and advised Dont worry about it, get here when you can. I will wait. I cant express how grateful I am for this, thank you On your Toes!

I have been to this shop twice and both times I was able to get exactly what I needed which finding nude leotard for under costumes in my daughters beautiful skin tone is no easy feat...and they had several options for her in stock and a perfect match. They also carry a wide array of larger adult sizes which as a lifelong dancer and teacher is nice to have local selection that caters to larger bust, longer torso or taller dancers also. The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is somedays they are extremely busy so you may want to call ahead if you need time with staff to have questions answered before you get there. They also carry really good selection for petite child leotards which I usually only find online. I like this store a lot and will returning.

The store owner and employees provided me with OUTSTANDING service!!!. Very knowledgeable about the different products. I literally handed them a list of items and they began searching the store for everything I needed. They had EVERY item on my list except how to dance, just kidding. I received Personalized service. Even though the sales assistant was trying to be helpful, the manager certainly wasnt. A curt no with no further explanation is not the best answer to a query from a customer. We will take our business elsewhere.

You can find the same things way much cheaper on Walmart. They sold me the wrong shoes and, when I called, they said that they did not do anything wrong. Laughing at the customer over the phone is something that was not very polite. I will never gonna buy in this place again..
