Only gave a 1 because you have to give a number. Dont go there. They steal your money. Absolutely no refunds. So I took the store credit because I didnt see anything else I wanted. Came back to get something for my son which was less than my store credit and was told I had to use my entire credit to make the purchase. Also the store is hot as hell. You will definitely sweat. I would advise you steer clear!

Not much to choose from. Not a variety in sizes on clothes. Staff did not greet. Very hot and muggy inside store while rest of mall was cool. I wont be shopping there again.

Its a really neat store they have a great selection of stuff the only thing that I have a problem is is they say they have a plus size section but when you walk over there theres only three little things that actually have plus-size clothes on it dont say you have plus size when you really dont have plus size but if youre looking for stuff curtains blankets stuff to decorate your house with thats a great place to go and if youre a skinny woman great place to go

Very nice variety store. I especially like their home products. I brought a lovely pair of lamps and my sister bought beautiful curtain for her kitchen. The prices are reasonable.

I like the items in the shop, however, they need to work on their A/C. The closer you get to the back, the hotter it gets. Which is too bad because they have the nice things in the back but I dont stay in that area long.

This is quite a big store with lots of affordable options for clothes for men, women and children, as well as household decor and small items. The prices are low, but in my opinion, the quality of the clothes, especially, corresponds to the price. Definitely check it out though, you may make a great find.

Its a nice store. Only thing that would make it better is if the employees didnt stalk you throughout the store. I understand being watchful in case of shoplifting, but its extremely uncomfortable that if youre in the store too long they start to hover and tail you everywhere and arent even subtle about it. Let people shop in peace, I dont need a strange woman standing an arms length away from me every single time I stop to look at something. Its not a very welcoming or comfortable feeling to be treated like a thief.

It’s a beautiful store. I was late on my Christmas shopping. I checked out this store and I found gifts for my mom and my sister. I also got something for my house. Prices are way better than any other place and they have EVERYTHING.

Lots of decorative items for the home. They even have furniture. The quality of the clothing they sell is not my favorite.

I got a pair of pants that fit a little to small. Got my receipt and the bag. I came in 15 days later due to work to change them for another size and they said no. So no cash back no swap. Not cool what happened to the 30 day policy not only that I’m a store manager and I always take care of the customers that way they always come back. Never again I will go to this store or recommend to family or friends.

OMG. It was not a good experience. I guess you get what you pay for. When I went to pay the lady at the register continued to talk to the customer that finished her transaction. THEN when I got to the register she scanned my item but then proceeded to do some kind of transaction with another worker as if I wasnt there. This lasted for over 3 minutes. The worse part is NO ONE was behind me. That transaction could have waited because it had to do with cash and I clearly had my credit card out. I guess if I were Hispanic it would have gone smoother. Oh and NO apology for making me wait.

The prices are GREAT but it was so hot in there we couldnt stay long. My wallet is thankful due to that.

Interesting store. They have lots of home decor and furniture, in addition to clothes and linens. I wish I had found this place before I bought some furniture peices (both online and at a furniture store). They have the same type of furniture found online at Wayfair, Amazon, Overstock, etc for a lot cheaper. I didnt have time to browse the entire store, but I did find some cool brushed aluminum dining chairs for only $19.99 each and bought 4 of them. Very unique and industrial looking. The employees were very helpful. I will definitely be back when I have more time to browse.

Tonight I was made to look like a fool, I yelled and screamed at associates in front of other customers and I feel awful about it. But I couldn’t believe what they had done to me.I found an item, asked if I could get a new one because I didn’t want the floor model. They said no problem, wrote me a ticket with the item number on it, and told me I needed to pay them before they brought it from the back of the store.I found this to be strange but they were struggling to communicate with me because of lack of English skills. I let it go and paid $53.49 on my credit card and patiently waited for my item to come to the front. 20 minutes later I finally asked what was going on, was it directed to the right register? She ignored me and walked away.I followed her and an older woman stopped me and told me they no longer have that item. The SAME WOMAN who guaranteed they had it and insisted I must pay first.So I paid $53 to receive NOTHING.I cannot believe a company would allow something like this to happen.I was so embarrassed and upset.

The store is ok . Its trendy & has lots of beautiful home decor. Has a little for everyone low prices to high but affordable . Staff didnt offer me any assistant just followed me around the store from the moment I stepped in the door, its More of an outlet store . The quality of the clothes some not so good . My 1st time shopping there wont be returning .

Ugh. This merchandise is so poorly made and for what you get the prices are really quite high. Just go to Walmart.

I walked around the clothes and noticed it was extremely low quality also some of tags on the shirts were covered to not show the company that made them, I found that super sketchy. In fact, the entire store is sketchy as it does not live up to any department store expectations.
