Best Dollar General store I’ve ever been in well-kept clean organized people friendly just left the store I gave it a five star

Best Store i ever shop at. STORE MANAGER Soraya is so friendly and helpful

Not all Dollar General stores will give you the same shopping experience and this location has by far been my favorite! They always keep this store well stocked, organized, clean and the staff has been great. This location is close to my work and its in sharp contrast to the DG location I have close to home thats always a bad experience. I make it a point to try and do my DG shopping at this location and wanted to give the credit where credit is due!

The best stocked and organized that Ive seen!! I am however concerned that the cashier was under the weather. She remained positive, upbeat and efficient. Kudos!!

Some of the customers are very rude about race and said oh i was told no white people come here. It shouldent matter the race,respect and compassion has dwindle in our society as a whole. The employees are making fun of people on here on purpose to keep people away on purpose,probally for a certain gain to get black people bussiness. Dont let these people employees are or customers turn this in to a selective store,like other places.

The manager Soraya and the associates are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make slanderous comments about customers and think it’s funny. Their district manager will be calling me on Monday to discuss their behavior. Customer service is customer service and that is one thing they do NOT have. Also playing inappropriate music from a cellphone while checking out customers at the register. This store needs new professional employees and an extreme lesson in customer service skills.

We went there to buy some items, but the washroom is locked and not work,we had asked one of the staff,she told us go nextdoor building, our toilet is not working. This is reason why? this covid-19 enfiction not downfall.Becouse, some of the business people are not following the CDC guideline the service,the big store like that,their receiving a different entrance of different people, and your telling the customer.We dont have the toilets service today,I was thinking whats is store manager doing here?:we have family with children, elders and health care condition community,come to your store and your received their money but your not providing the proper service.we didnt bought anything thats day we just left,the needs to adjust their service, before get later for their business program.

Bought a 4T outfit for my three year old great grandson. He was so excited over his toys, he did not make much concern over the clothes. But, I was very satisfied with it, and the 70% off discount.

Was standing in line to pay for my selected items and saw a wm shoplift/ walk outside with a WALMART bag filled to top with snacks like chips/cookies, beef jerky, cupcakes/etc . He jumped on a bicycle (left near door of store) and the Cashier looked at him as i did and said/did nothing..SHOCKING!!

Always pleasant. Convenient! Quick and fast. Friendly staff. Love all of them.

The manager Juan is awesome, helpful and has exceptional customer service skills!!!! He is ALWAYS very friendly and has a warm smile @ all times. Juan makes you feel like you are walking into his home!. I ALWAYS receive a, Good morning, good evening or Hello followed by, Welcome to Dollar General. As l am checking out, Juan smiles again and asks, Have you found everything you need?. Thank you for having him as a Manager. In closing, l would like to nominate Juan for Employee of the Month. Its an award he deserves for his hard work and dedication.

Its the most organized Dollar General Ive visited in Tampa. U can find everything in its place. I guess for me thats one of the most important things to remember a place to visit again in the future. I makes me feel welcome and helps me to feel confident and comfortable 😉😉😉

Man! This store is the bomb! I needed shower curtains and a rod and they had everything I was looking for and I paid half the price I would of at a department store! They even had the hard-to-find color I was searching for. I am calling this my special go-to store!

The cashier was extremely rude to me and she was cursing and hollering at me. To make a long story short the district manager called me in regards to this matter.

Nice selection of items! There was a delightful young man, by the name of AJ who was very polite, professional, up-beat and extremely helpful with my shopping experience! He even informed me about the Dollar General App and how to find great deals on it. Hes definitely a great employee who made my shopping experience so much better. Hard to find employees like you sometimes. Ill be coming here for certain items much more frequently than Wal-mart. I love not having to deal with the big crowds, especially for just a few items. Great place big location friendly and good customer service

So I use to like going here in its first years of being open but lately somethings have changed. The isles are messy, dusty and under stocked. The cashiers rather laugh and complain about customers in front of the customers themselves in very petty ways, then they just throw their items in bags and just watch as the customers are forced to awkwardly reach over and turn the rack to get their items. I was in line when this was happening and me and a few others just exchanged looks of are you serious?. No customer service what so ever, they rather just chat and laugh at customers to their face!

Manager had worst customer service skills Ive ever seen. Lines down the isles with 1 lane open. Horrible experience with even worse interactions with employees

Easy to get in and out quickly.

Deals are average! Nothing special isles are to close together and it keeps me from browsing for deals. They also need to keep the outside attractive to current and future customers.

This store is such a hidden gem. I find name brand items for approximately 25% less then Walmart. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I been shopping at this store since the doors open. I can tell you that this store have improved in both there customer service as well as the appeariance of the store. It has become more organize and easier to find thing around the store. Mrs General Manager Suraya you have done a great job with this store. Very big diffrence. Very clean as well. The only thng I see wrong but its a easy fix. Its that you need more staff.

Not bad. I usually find what Im looking for so they do a pretty good job of keeping shelves stocked with products. As far as the lines at the cash register, I never seen long lines but the wait in a small line can be quite lengthy. This is never the cashiers fault though. The cashiers are fast. Its the customers who take forever to find their method of payment (their cash or card) while the cashier waits for them, or they start running their mouths with the cashier, forgetting that other customers are waiting and not interested in hearing their life story. So, the store and employees are great, its the customers who are annoying here. You might find it a bit offensive when youre in the store alone and the cashiers come down the same isle with a broom pretending to sweep, but theyre really watching to see if you will attempt to steal something.

Everything is good at Dollar General, what I needed was in stock, and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful, I love shopping at Dollar General.

This store was quite messy and the many of the shelves were not stocked. The people that worked there werent too friendly either.

When man follwed lady around commenting on her looks making her uncomfortable employees laughed instead of asking man who purchased nothing to please leave, add to people hanging around front door asking for money makes me feel unsafe and I now prefer to go across street to Family Dollar, even though I prefer Dollar General. Safety matters!

I clipped coupons and it wasnt taken from total. It said I used it. But I hadnt because it was a new sale. I wish they could make it if you have used a coupon that you have used it shows that its been redeemed.

Some of the stuff there is low quality, but again, you cannot expect much from a dollar. The newspaper here is a good deal though, mostly because every else it is 2 dollars, here it is 1.07.
