I ordered from Architectural Products Inc, Tampa $160,000 worth of powered coated windows and sliding doors.They installed them end of June 2021 and I discovered after they installed couple of them they delivered and installed had some issues:- Some with painted thresholds as ordered and some were Clear Anodized Threshold (totally different color, texture, finish, protectant of the threshold)- The main door frame was scratched and dented- Another sliding door panel with had big scratches and dents as wellI met with Mr. Bo Cimino (Owner of Architectural Products Inc) and one of their VPs and they told me that is the way ES Windows (From Columbia and Hollywood Agent :BluRoc Architectural Products) make those windows!!!!!To reiterate above point. They essentially tried to claim that it is normal for my doors to be received with scratches, dents and mix-matched finishes.Finally, they decided to make a Warranty, (which took many emails and call of arguing and fighting). As a result this warranty they quoted me 6 weeks. (meaning I get put in the back of production vs getting expedited service as it was their mistake and they should put me in beginning of production, almost like a punishment) 6 weeks went by and I had to ask for an update. They then informed me it would be Aug. 20th, then they told me Aug 27th. And not they have officially, once again after ME having to ask for the update that it will be September 28th. Below is a copy of the email i most recently received.Good afternoon. I responded last week. The reordered tracks will deliver to APS on or before 9/28. Thank you!JesseSo Im waiting to get it installed before Sept. 29th (3 Months late for a manufacturing defect warranty claim)

They did a fantastic job designing and installing a new sliding glass door. On time and professional and the finished product looked fantastic!

Trey did a fantastic job with my French door replacement! The new doors are outstanding. Trey goes above and beyond... he personally came out to replace weather stripping that my ducks were chewing on.

Used Architectural Products for a new construction home completed 2018. They never completed the job. There are many details that need to be addressed but the handyman they sent a few times never had enough time to correct the problems. Its been over two years since the installation was started and Im still waiting for it to be completed. I would not use this company again.

I have called endlessly for service and not a return phone call.

We just had 14 window openings replaced and are so pleased with the results. The windows are beautiful and the installers did a wonderful job. I thought the price was also very fair.

Did a excellent job. Answered all my questions, super nice, got the job done and cleaned up everything. Definitely recommend this company!

I do not even think Mark Cohen deserves a 1 star, my windows are not installed correctly, they will not lock, out if alignment, my top window was broke during installation, has been over a month, and still no window, he didnt even call me to let me know there is a longer wait, because of quality issues, I had to call him, he told me not to worry about windows not locking, people that break into a house dont lift the window to see if its locked, that was his reply to me!!! I am reporting him to better business bureau today... Please dont use his company, you will regret it!!!

They came to my home on time were very professional replaced my windows and doors on my home. The team that came out were very polite and kept everything clean in my home.

I give this company zero stars. Trey Orbik is unprofessional and seems to have a problem with women. I felt very threatened by him when I voiced my opinion about the quality of his work. He was aggressive and had his hand in my face and got in my personal space. Left my home abruptly and did not install product, just threw it to the floor and left. He was very insulting and insinuated I was a liar when I had any questions about the product. He always had an excuse to try and justify his errors. If I did not have an accomplished technician (who was doing other work in my home) to fix the mistakes done on the window it would not have been a workable window. Only time will tell to see if this window will even hold up. I do not have any confidence that it will. The window that was installed still is not working as promised by Trey Orbik and he has even told me when he left my house on his last visit that he would not be coming back with the correct handles in order for me to open the window. My mistake in using this company was not reading reviews first. Just as another customer stated buyer beware.

This is in response to Michelle Nihisers review. I was asked by a former contractor customer to see if I could help out with a window replacementfor this lady I went to the house did the measuring and ordered the windows. Some of what MS. Nihiser says is correct. The factory that produced the windows did not get the grid alignment correct, and there was an issue with a cracked piece of glass that we had to order and which came in and was incorrect and needed factory service.What she fails to mention is that when she told me that the windows didnt lock, I told her not to worry about it, that the installers would be out the next day to fix it. The windows locked perfectly. Michelle just did not push them down enough to engage the lock. As any of the thousands of people I have done business with in the past will tell you, I ALWAYS follow through for all my customers. I did that here. Michelle just did not feel it was good enough

As a license contractor, I know that it can be hard finding subcontractors that hold to the same standards that you as the contractor may have. I have only talked to Mark via phone and it appears that he cares about the quality of his work. However, even though the subcontractor that was sent out made a mistake in the installation of a slider that leaked water under our wood floors, he owned up to his mistake. Also, he has been out two times to fix our locks that were slightly off since the install. Hopefully this is the last time.Would like to stress to Mark how important it is to show up the day and time that was scheduled.So guality workmanship and keeping set appointments are key factors in growing your business. If you are going to be late, please callHope this is helpful to you Mark.

Sales was great! Installation poor with leaks. Fixing leaks was not prompt. Promises never fulfilled.
