We were so frustrated because we couldn’t find travertine in the “Big Box Stores”. What we did find, was what you see in every single home. Marble Florida in Tampa has not only a wonderful showroom, but you’re also able to walk their lot. It was almost overwhelming with the variety of stunning stone. Ali was beyond, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Just before our travertine shipment left Marble Florida, they inspected all of our crates and replaced a few broken pieces so that we received our complete order. We’re not only raving fans, but now lifelong customers! We have phase two and three renovations early 2021 and we’re looking forward to doing business with them again. Initially, I was hesitant of ordering these marble tiles, out of state. After speaking with Ali (owner), I took a chance. Price was best I could find. These are same tiles that are in Lowes and Home Depot special order. Ali kept me in a loop all the way from loading/shipping/delivery. What a wonderfull customer service. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Marble Floridas showroom. During the move to Florida, the movers somehow lost a marble tile that came from the top of a pedestal. By happenstance, I located Marble Floridas website and contacted Ali. He couldnt have been nicer, helping me to find the perfect tile. I applaud his generosity, kindness, and professionalism. I was looking for marble/granite tiles for flooring in my home. On my way to Floor & Decor in Brandon, saw this store and decided to check it out.Boy, I was surprised and impressed with the selection that this store has. Being very choosy and bargain minded, I visited several different places in Tampa including the big stores (Floor & Decor, StoneMart).In end, I purchased marble tiles from this shop.The experience was great. The shop owner (Ali) is one of the most professional and courteous individual. My tiles had to be shipped from Miami. Ali kept me informed daily on the progress.The price that I got was the most economical of all the places. The quality was same if not better than other prominent places.I would strongly recommend this place.

I am so glad I found this store! Ali is just as sweet, knowledgeable, and honest as can be.I was looking for marble tiles for a very small project that would need to be cut to a specific size (approximately 7.75” square). Two years ago the big box chains and flooring outlets succeeded in talking me out of the project and said I should not cut marble tiles as it would be a waste of money and many of the tiles would break. Even though some of the chains had equipment they admitted could cut the tiles, none would agree to do so.Last month ago I decided to look into doing the project again. Ali agreed he would sell & cut the tile for me, but I was undecided on the type of tile I wanted and wanted to look around. I visited a total of eight flooring stores including, Marble Florida, before reaching a decision. Two other high-end marble dealers in the Tampa area did consent to cut marble as well, but both stated they would not be responsible for any broken tiles and admitted they rarely ever cut tile, as very few people want a nonstandard size.Ultimately I returned to Ali at Marble Florida. Ali and the other nice gentleman at the store got the job done! The tiles are perfect and I finally completed a project that had been gnawing away at me for years. Ali even e-mailed me a photo of my freshly tiles in their little boxes the day before I went to pick them up. Now that’s customer service. Thanks Ali!

We started off looking to install about 2000 sq feet of marble flooring in our home. We shopped around for 24 marble tiles, and Marble Florida has by far the BEST selection. On top of that, the prices are amazing and the quality outstanding.We also ended up during this project also re-doing two bathrooms, and used Ali and Marble Florida for the marble and travertine in the bathrooms as well. He is really great to work with and loves to help with the selection of products and overall design. In addition, we also redid our fireplace with beautiful natural stacked stone from Marble Florida as well.I cant say enough about how amazing Ali is to work with - he is extremely informative, patient, and knowledgeable. We had been looking for travertine tiles here in Northwestern Virginia and were not able to find much variety, could not find what we were looking for, especially at a reasonable price. We decided to search online and found Marble Florida. We contacted them and Ali replied to us in no time. We were able to ask questions and Ali was very thorough answering everything and calming our fears of buying this product from Florida. We told him exactly what we wanted in the specific color range and Ali sent us samples. We purchased 550 sq ft at a very good price and Ali assured us that the tile would be inspected and well packaged before loading onto a truck. It took only a few days to get here to Virginia and there was no damage to the tiles. Our contractor was impressed of the way the tiles were packaged and the beautiful tiles we purchased from Marble Florida. Our kitchen and breakfast room look beautiful with the travertine tiles and we are very happy with the final results. We will definitely buy from Marble Florida for our next project, which might be our master bath and yes we highly recommend them. Great customer service!!!

Mr. Ali Uyar kindly donated us some very beautiful marble pieces for research purposes at the University of Florida. They were used to insulate a sensitive analytical instrument from vibration. My fiance and I had purchased a home in South Tampa that had been beautifully remodeled with travertine throughout the living room, kitchen and bath, as well as outdoors at the outdoor patio. We loved the look of everything but the tile was not sealed so we asked the previous owner where he had purchased it, and told us he had gotten everything from Marble Florida. We went to the store and met with Ali. Based upon the little bit of information we gave him about the house he immediately remembered all of the tile that was installed at our home, even though it was completed almost a year before we met with him. Despite never having done business with him he made us feel like lifelong customers. He took a great amount of time to educate us about how to care for and seal the tile. He advised us that the particular travertine in our home would look best with a sealant with enhancer. He did not pressure us to buy the sealant from him at all, and even advised that we go to Home Depot to compare prices and products! We did but immediately saw that the quality and prices of his products were far better, so we went back and purchased from him. We sealed all of the tile which really made the color of the travertine look even more beautiful. We had some sealant left unopened and took it back, which he refunded without any questions. We told him about an unfortunate incident where we were going to have to pull up a few pieces of tile in the bathroom due to plumbing issues, and he even offered to give us some pieces for free! This is unheard of. You will not find a more honest or kind person to do business with. We will certainly do business with him again and cannot recommend Marble Florida enough!!

BEST PLACE TO BUY – For weeks we were checking out all the retailers in the San Francisco Bay Area in our pursuit for the perfect grey paver for our pool patio. Driving from Sacramento to San Jose, even to manufacturers in the Central Valley and the Foothills – nothing unless we were willing to break the bank as well as delaying the project for 3 month. . We even thought about importing a container from China via Alibaba.When we were just about ready to compromise for a beige travertine, I stumble upon Marble Florida’s website. I emailed Ali if perhaps he may have a grey travertine and within 15 minutes I had a response that he in fact had, but he also happens to have a grey marble, which was reasonably priced. Within another 5 minutes I had photos of the marble in my inbox. I thought I was dreaming, after all those weeks of fruitless searching all across the country in Florida were my perfect pavers. I called Ali and he promised to mail me a sample and also request a freight quote for the 17 palates. The samples arrived the next day and turned out to be even better than expected. Now that we had located the perfect paver after all we were confronted with the dilemma of “can we send a huge wire to someone we met over the internet and expect to receive 2500 sf of marble in return”. Before I even had a chance to ask Ali for references, he had emailed me several contact information from previous clients in the SF Bay Area. I contacted them and all just had only the best things to say about Marble Florida.Two weeks later a huge truck showed up in our driveway, yes we had to unload the truck ourselves, but Ali had told us before what we needed and how to best unload the truck. Not a single paver was broken, everything arrived in perfect condition. The contractors installing the pavers were very impressed with the quality of the marble, but told us we need to seal it. I contacted Ali to inquire if there was a product he recommended, he advised us not to waste any time or money. He was correct again – after a year of red wine and food being spilled, dogs doing their business on it – it still looks fantastic. This is the stuff European Monuments were built from centuries ago.To sum it all up – if you are looking for the perfect place to buy any natural stone for your next project, you do not need to look any further.
