Wow! I haven’t been back in here for a month and today was a surprise. Ive been coming here for 8+ years now . It is now Ace hardware store. They reorganized and the place looked so much bigger and have more stuff. The store looked so neat, clean and well organized. Hope great customers service will stay the same. Can’t wait to see the grand opening.

Bay 2 Bay hardware is a part of Or south Tampa community for the longest time. We’re so happy that ACE TOOK over and kept it open. Still amazing service great people and if you’re not happy it’s impossible you got to give me some time to adjust to Ace is the place for your helpful hardware woman.No seriously they have everything there every nut bolt screw things that you can’t find anywhere

Newly opened down the street...very friendly...used my way cool $5 off coupon. Ya gotta love a hardware store right....so many neat things .and will be back to check out the flash light selection up stairs. Dog freindly.

I love Bay to Bay Hardware and feel very lucky to have it in our community. I encourage everyone to support it and make it their “go to” place for all of their hardware needs. Their selection and services are impressive, their prices are very good, and their service is far superior to any you will find at their big box competitors.Roger and all of the staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to bring in a lamp, broken hardware, pool skimmer or DIY repair they haven’t been able to help me with or fix. This place is a local gem. Awesome place. It’s great to see a small independent hardware store survive in this day and age. A store where they actually care about their customers. They help you and are knowledgeable about hardware. I had a great experience shopping there today and recommend them to anyone that needs hardware or household goods related to home maintenance.

This traditional, family owned hardware store has everything, including patient, helpful, knowledgeable staff. So much easier to park and pop in instead of dragging over to one of the big box stores.

I have been using Bay to Bay Hardware as my go to store for everything from a hand full of screws, keys made to building supplies. They have been so patient and helpful to me over the years. Once I called there because I couldnt get my drill to work while installing a rack. They patiently asked me if I had the drill going forward or backing the screw out? Yep! I could never call Home Depot and have that kind of patient help. Seriously great local business.

Small town hardware store in the city. Very courteous staff and owner. if they dont have what you want, they will order it for you.

In the years past, they probably were great. Shame on them for refusing service to persons with disabilities.

Very cool hardware store has been on Bay to Bay forever they carry items that lowes and home depot dont one is a silver cleaner that I love and havent had for years until I went here. Thier aluminum dowels are half the price of the major chains and the owner and his family super helpful and have ways to help you fix just about any thing. I was pleased when they cut a key for me that I had the variety to change from and worked perfectly. Like going in sometimes just to look around and see what they have. They carry a/c filters I cant get anywhere else. Very convenient and they are customer oriented. Prefer them to the big home improvement stores.
