Each time I called, I spoke with either Travis or Wendy. Both were always helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We rented tables, chairs, linens and coolers for a wedding venue. It was delivered exactly when they said they would, the linen was spotless and folded beautifully on hangers, and the order was perfect. They also picked up the exact time they stated. I could not have asked for it to go any smoother. Thank you so much!!

Needed some fan for a rental and Wendy the lady upfront was really nice and help us out. We were 5 minutes late before they close and she still managed to help us. Great customer service

Rented a bobcat and trailer from the Florida ave. location a couple weeks ago.. Equipment worked great and pickup was easy/quick. Have also rented gas wet saw from them in the past, same experience and they have the best price I have been able to find for tool rentals.

A great place to rent tools and party equipment. they have pop corn machines. tables, chairs. amd almost any tool you may need. definately recommend.

I have mixed feeling about Taylor Rental. Pretty much everytime you call, it’s someone different answering, so you have to explain your whole situation again.I was renting a tent, lights, and tables for a corporate event. I sometimes got replied through email or other times had to chase them down to get pricing.When asked when they will arrive to set up, they told me late afternoon for my corporate night event and instead came first thing in the morning which was a huge inconvenience for me, considering they said they will come around 3/4. Then they came to bring extra stuff like fans and sidewall and just dropped it there without telling me they came so I can ask some questions and give them their check, plus they would the sidewall up WRONG so I had to take it down myself to fix which was a huge hassle. It just wasn’t very professional and on a day like this you want things to be handled easily so you can focus on the rest of your event. I wouldn’t say the experience was really bad because they came through with fans and sidewall last minute but the lack professionalism and communication is why I won’t use them again.

Worst customer service will never try to rent from them again!!! Need to find better employees

The Worst customer service I have ever received. Period. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. Their equipment is old and their trailers have bad brakes. Their own employee told us the brakes were bad and still allowed it to go on the road. If I could give them a Zero, I would. Save yourself time and problems and get your equipment some place else.
