From my very first phone call giving a great instructions on how to get there. The customer service receptionist provided greater customer service skills and directions very kind. Call me back to let me know that I can come in earlier which really helped my schedule. The fact that they did not service oticon where I was having an issue. Upon my arrival Hunter took charge to clean my hearing aids and adjusted them. No more squeals thank you so much beltone for your services a definitely satisfied customer

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Did not feel like I was being pushed into anything. Explain the different types and reasons for hearing aid and I made a decision based on the good information
