Secure Pro Company displays excellent customer service starting with the first contact on the phone up until the completion of the requested job order. Elvis is patient, knowledgeable, professional, skillful, efficient, smart, and responsive. No matter how many questions I asked of him, he always responded with a smile while patiently explaining the necessary actions to effectively operate my newly installed system. When Elvis completed the installation, he made sure that I understood how my system works without any unknown concerns. Elvis is definitely an asset to Secure Pro LLC. Secure Pro LLC always addresses my alarm service issues in a prompt and timely manner. I will continue to refer them to family/friends whenever alarms services are needed.

Purchased a camera and security system from them and i am extremely happy with the install and quality of service. I have had other companies in the past and this has been the best experience thus far.

Individual experiences vary. This was mine. Purchased a home in OCT 20. Secure Pro was what the builder had Installed equipment. Ask to activate. Did not get communication until two weeks later. Submitted all paperwork. Did not hear back for a month. When they did contact me apparently they had to transition to Brinks. DEC 20 still no communication. After the New Year in JAN 21 called another company. They were able to come out, install their equipment and activate monitoring that week.

I found their wired installation (new David Weekly home) so faulty that decided to discontinue their alarm monitoring. We had so many false alarms that we stopped arming the system. They attempted to fix the bad zones but did not succeed.

Wow!! Great service today! We have been a customer of theirs for years. And they always come thru top notch! They even fixed our Flir/Lorex camera system!! We highly recommend them!!

I spent almost $2,500 for a residential camera surveillance system and they can’t bother to spend adequate time to show me how to use the website or app on my phone. I’ve had to make multiple calls and send emails (and now this review) to get a supposed assistance this morning. You would be better off buying cameras and having the Geek Squad install them, because you’d receive much better customer service.

This company has gone above and beyond to meet all of my needs in a timely and professional manner for a very reasonable price. They are honest in word and deed. No gouging ever.

Scott worked with me on price when I needed to change out my old Simon 3 alarm system that started to malfunction too much over the past year. It was 11 years old.He worked with me on a fair price to install a newer model. He answered all my questions and was very amicable.Elvis the installer arrived promptly, worked efficiently and answered every question I had. Very nice, professional and a gentleman.I had him also give me an estimate on a security camera monitoring system while he was here with various set ups, options and costs compared to other estimates I had received. If I could give less then a star I would the app they use on the phones to see your cameras away from home suck they are only usable for about a day or two then you cant use them only way you can see your house is from home they want to see someone out for $$145 to redo the app we have had it done probably 10 times and still nothing DO NOT USE THEM

Secure Pro did an incredible Job with my home Automation, home theater in 9.1,absolutely incredible. Raymond Wiesenberg sold me all of it, honest,sincere, amazing service. Hats off to Installer Mike Keenon. I am so happy with all of this and the great service I received.I then had them install my home security by installer Elvis.All of them were awesome, I would recommend them to everyone.

Alex came out today and did a great job! He installed our alarm system quickly and did a wonderful job explaining the services. We would highly recommend Alex.

They unfortunately were contracted with my home builder and were upset because I did not even want to meet with them for a consultation because I did not want to be charged an extra $50/cable outlet when Spectrum would add them for free. I also did not want to be sold over priced security equipment when I could get it done for half the price somewhere else. This house was a new build and instead of clustering the cable connectors in the attic or laundry room like normal contractors do, these clowns ran the cable to a 3-plug outlet along a hard wall so the cable guy could not run it up that wall. I am almost certain they did this out of spite, luckily the tech at spectrum was able to run a cluster into the attic and resolve the issue. Scumbags

From start to finish this company, it’s employees and owner are bad news. The salesman lies and writes up tickets incorrectly so the useless installers think they’re doing you a favor.This was a time sensitive install and the second sign of problems to come was when the date got pushed forward 3 days. Installers Alex and two others were ill trained to appropriately install equipment. They lie cheat and steal to make the deal at Secure Pro. They also want to unsafely run extension cords instead of electrical to code. Three employees couldn’t install 10 cameras in what must’ve been a ten hour day. After promising to return the next day to complete the job; calls were ignored and the job went unfinished.In closing, the owner will call you from his own phone in order to solidify that this company is clueless and does not care about their reputation.If you like lies, dispicable service, insulting communication and an incomplete job, count on Dave, Douglas, Alex and bafoons to screw up what you should’ve hired professionals for.

I first heard of Secure Pro several months ago as I walked through a model home in a new residential community that is being developed near me. One of the model homes had music playing in certain rooms. I thought that the music sounded good. The components werent noticeable at all. As I walked throughout the home I thought to myself how cool it would be to be able to enjoy music throughout my home. As I exited the home I saw a Secure Pro sign in front of the home and the other homes in the community. I figured that if a large home builder would entrust this company with whole-home audio installs, why not reach out to them.So I contacted Secure Pro on July 7 2016 about installing in-ceiling speakers in my home for a whole-home audio system. The owner Scott actually picked up the phone. We had a good conversation for about 5 minutes and he arranged it so that Jose from the sales team could stop by home for a walk-through. They were able to send someone to my home the same day that I called them.When Jose arrived he produced his Secure Pro badge with picture id. As we walked through my home Jose was able to help me determine the best locations for the speakers and the number of speakers. He discussed equipment with me and the merits of certain brands.Throughout the design process Jose was very responsive to my requests and he even conducted research on components that I was interested in. My research along with the research Jose conducted allowed me to design a system that meet my requirement for 6 zones of independent audio streams with great sound and the ability to stream the same audio to all 6 zones when were not doing independent streams.Jose emailed to me quotes for the various system configurations so that I could make a well-informed decision. All of this occurred within the span of two business days. Im still amazed at the quick turn around on everything from the walk-through to the quotes.The team that Secure Pro sent to my home for the install was great. Everyone was professional and courteous and they were able to answer my questions.Im very happy with all of the components that were installed. Both the Yamaha and Speakercraft speakers sound when combined with the Tru Audio multi-room amp sound great to my ears. And the Chromecast Audios (CCAs) work exactly as I had hoped and thought they would.The two gentlemen from Secure Pro also made sure that everything was working the way that it should before they left my home. While they were there I was able to test the various functionality of the equipment that was installed. Using only my tablet, I was able to open 5 different streaming apps at the same time and cast the stream from each of those apps to 5 CCAs. I opened a 6th audio stream, that being Amazon Prime Music in the Chrome browser on my laptop. I was to cast the Amazon Prime Music stream to the 6th CCA. We had a total of 6 independent streams of audio/podcasts going at the same time in each zone; no hiccups or stutters in the streams.After that I grouped all of the CCAs into one group called All and I was able to stream one audio stream to the All group so that every zone/speaker was playing the same song.The guys from Secure Pro made sure to properly cover the floors/furnishing to ensure that debris didnt get all over everything and to vacuum any debris that escaped the cover. They carefully moved furniture around and they took their time to re-position the furniture correctly afterwards.I really appreciate the time, effort and care that the Secure Pro Team put into getting my job right from start to finish. When I get around to having outdoor speakers installed on my front porch and lanai Secure Pro will be the team I call for that effort.
