Harrison Perez is one of the best car dealers I have ever worked with. He was kind and courteous, helped us find the perfect car for my needs and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need. He made the car buying process very personable and took care of us until the very end. He also spoke Spanish which helped out a lot with my mom being more comfortable with a Spanish speaker. If you ever find yourself needing a vehicle Harrison is the man to go to! I’ve never had such a seamless experience at a car dealership before.

I bought a car today from Brandon Hyundai and it was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The main reason was my sales guy, Michael Cash, is a patient and genuine guy. He was great to work with and and didn’t play Jedi mind tricks or treat us like we were stupid. He helpe us what we wanted at a price we could live with. I will recommend Michael again and again.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Negotiating the price was a bit of a hassle, but I was satisfied with the deal in the end. Nikki was great! She made sure I understood the features and got set up with the Bluelink system. It was an overall good experience.

I love Brandon Hyundai. I purchased our third Hyundai, a Santa Fe Hybrid and could not be more pleased with the sales and finance department. I was introduced to FATEN. Having worked in the car sales business through my father’s dealership many years, I’ve heard all the sales pitches. I wanted someone who could relate to me and be understanding of my needs and listen. No sales pitches. She knew the vehicle well, explained all its options while taking a test drive. She patiently listened to what I wanted, how much I was willing to pay, and made it happen.FATEN, you’re the best!
My wife was supposed to sign a lease yesterday from Gabi. Another dealership offered a better deal and out of loyalty to Gabi she forwarded the deal to her at which point Gabi said that she would match it. We were all ready to travel almost 2 hours to sign the lease when Gabi called my wife back yelling and extremely nasty telling her she didnt feel like doing the deal and to go elsewhere and dont bother referring anyone else to her which she has done in the past. She then hung up on her and blocked my wife which is extremely childish and extremely unprofessional. If this is how your dealership operates I would advise anyone looking to comparison shop go elsewhere since sales employees get nasty, hostile and unprofessional all because the consumer is looking for the best deal possible.
Joe Carey offered me the best possible service. He was willing to work with my schedule and was able to rearrange our appointment in order to make things easier for me. A genuine guy, Joe Carey didnt try to oversell me on anything and made sure I was confident of my own choices throughout our experience together. It was nice to not feel the normal pressure you get at most car dealerships. Joes focus on my comfort level really helped.

He’s knowledgeable, was very patient with me, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase of my daughter’s 2021 Hyundai Sonata. I have to admit I was skeptical about the car buying process and the service that Brandon Hyundai would offer but Omar was able to turn my negatives encounters with other dealerships into a positive experience at Brandon. The work to car was complete in a timely matter and car runs good. Mario was awesome explaining what was going on with my car and was very professional. Wow Nasser Salim, fantastic thanks for the first rate sales experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a new car. A few months later we had a problem with the new car. Service tried to fix the car but it would take more time then we had. Like a champ the management team stepped up and did the best care that they could. We where able to trade in the new car and purchase anther car from the inventory. It was perfect timing, the new car came off the truck a few minutes earlier. Everything went smoothly and we have a new car once again. Fantastic customer care!
Absolutely awful experience I bought a 2019 mustang GT from them in July 2021 Had the car for about two days when I checked the tires the front tires the wires were showing the wheels were so worn that the wires were showing i messaged my sales guy Clayton he told me to drive all the way back to Tampa I live in Orlando told me to drive back to Tampa so they can check it out so that they could give me new tires I was there waiting for about six hours before they could get me new tires, After getting the car back they told me that the one of the tpms sensors was messed up they messed up one of the tpms sensors while changing the tire They told me to come back another day they ordered the part I then drove back to Orlando from Tampa when I got home the tire was flat the one with the messed up tpms sensor, I got some air and parked the car .the next day the tire was flat again I took it to a tire shop because I thought there was a nail in the tire they told me there is no nail in the tire the sensor is messed up the tire was installed wrong so it’s leaking air they have to replace the tpms sensor, they replaced it, it cost me $129 I then called the dealership they told me to send the invoice over they would reimburse me it’s been about a month and a half now they told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks it’s been longer than that, they been ducking and dodging my calls the service manager Jason he ask for my number he told me he would check in with the accountant and call me right back it’s been about 3 days he hasn’t got back in contact with me

Horrible experience with these guys. I live two hours away from the dealership and was interested in one of their certified cars. Had already discussed pricing, they ran my credit for financing, approved me and when I was finally driving there to pick up the car. Half way through the trip, they call me to say they sold the car in the meantime. Complete lack of respect for their clients, spent two days working with them on the phone to only take a hit on my credit score. Id think twice before shopping with them.

I ended up a happy customer, everyone was very welcoming to me and my family. Cesar helped us find my car and helped explain everything thoroughly. He involved everyone in my party in the shopping process and you could tell he is a caring person and ready to get the job done. When we told him we came here for a specific car he immediately went to look for it and when it was no longer available he was quick to find an alternative. This dealership is lucky to have a passionate employee.The management was also very helpful and got us the best deal, leaving us with no reason but to take the deal and buy the car. Financing was equally as understanding and the process was quick and painless, Jason was a good sport and tried to get us on our way since it was pretty late. This is my first Hyundai but I am sure it will not be my last.
Sales is great service department is good however the last mechanic or wrench holder tighten my lug nuts so tight with an impact that I had to use a cheater bar to get them off ! Other than that all was done correctly.

My wife and I stopped in with our kids during a long day of running the gamut of car lots on 60. Were not quite ready to buy yet, but are getting close to pulling the trigger. Joe was kind, informative and beyond incredible with the kids. He helped so much in turning what could have been another stressful and irritable experience into a productive and enjoyable time. We will most definitely be dropping back by Brandon Hyundai when were ready, and most definitely be seeing Joe!

As a first time buyer you need to do lot of research but it is great when you have people with the patience to take you through the whole process. There were some minor hiccups in regard to waiting for responses but overall it was a great experience with little need to negotiate. I will recommend doing business with this place and specially with Fred Hinton. Got the car I was looking for and it was easy to negotiate an agreeable price. We had some hick ups due to an open recall and the effect that the pandemic has on all of it now but was fortunate enough to have it expedited and was even offered a Loaner.
This is a follow up review from my recent service at Brandon Hyundai. The service department has made ever effort t solve the problem with my vehicle. Jason one of the service managers their has been very helpful in taking care of my problems with my vehicle and attentive to my needs and other request that I have had with my vehicle. It is nice to see that they have a service recovery program in place to help their customers.
Horrible experience! Paid $3000 for a service job that was not done properly. I had to take the vehicle back for an additional 2 times and each time was just as bad as the first. Not only did they not repair my vehicle correctly but the also left my battery post off which caused me to be stranded on the side of the road. I have pictures, receipts from each visit and a statement from the service advisor agreeing to this neglicience. Each time I took it back they acted like they actually fixed it as I watched from behind the scenes as they did nothing. I reached out to the GM which all he could say was that the car is old and would have the service mgr. contact me. That never happened nor does a car being old have anything to do with the repair that was just done when I left the lot. It was not a new problem rather the same occurring problem. Then I reached out to corporate which assigned me to a case mgr. that does not answer her phone ever and only returned 2 of my calls after about 15 messages. I still have not spoken to her. Horrible people that obviously do not care about their customers only the money. Please beware!! I rate this dealership 0/5.They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and not to be trusted. I could go on and on but I think I made my point across.

There customer service was pretty good. They did a great job with my trade which was a blessing. This is the second sonata that Ive owned and I love them. However I think someone forgot to put on a top coat or something. I have never had scratches like this on any of my vehicles. It looks like I drive through the woods everyday! I just drive 5 minutes to the elementary school where I teach. On a teachers budget, I spent a lot for this car to have so many mysterious scratches like this. Invest in a warranty that protects the paint because the paint does not hold up!

While driving home annoyed from another Hyundai dealership, tired of getting a run-around, I called Brandon Hyundai to see if they had the car I wanted, and to see what kind of pricing they could do. Tony Jones answered the phone, and I told him the car I wanted, the price I wanted to pay, and told him I had cash in hand. I explained I had no time or patience for negotiations, either they could make it work, or not.Tony was instantly friendly and helpful, and got Jonathan Soto (GSM) on the line, who approved the deal. Sight unseen.I had spent four frustrating hours at another dealership, and closed the deal with Brandon Hyundai in a 26 minute phone call.I arrived the next morning, check in hand, and left with a license plate. (The car wasn’t on the lot yet.)Tony kept me informed of progress, and a week later, texted to let me know the car had arrived. By the time I got to the lot, it was gassed up, detailed, and ready to go.I made my teen Daughter very happy today, and this was by far the easiest, most stress-free car deal I have ever done. Good luck trying to reach somebody at the service desk. I have had my car in the shop for a month now. My car is having a new engine put in due to a factory recall. I was without a car due to the fact that no loaner vehicles were available for two weeks. Once I finally received a loaner, a week later the AC went out. Brand new 2021 Sonata. I brought the loaner in to see what the cause was and if it could be rectified. I was told it needed A new blower motor and that it would be in in 3 to 5 days, and that I would be contacted when the part is in and I can bring the car in to be fixed. It has been a week now, I have not been contacted, I have called for three days consecutively and have been unable to reach the service advisor. I have left several messages, to no avail. I have even asked for the manager and left him a message and still have not been contacted. It is a 90° In sunny Florida. I have only been updated once in the last month on the status of my vehicle. I am in the process of moving, and now I’m simply stuck waiting with no information on when I will get my car back so I can move! I was never given an estimated turnaround time. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. If you need your car service, I suggest you bring it elsewhere. Dear Hyundai, if THIS is a viable way to get in contact with someone who CAN help me find out when my car will be fixed, or at least help me have air-conditioning, I would be eternally grateful.

The Brandon Hyundai has a decent amount of inventory and incoming vehicles even during the period of chip shortages. This is the reason I chose here to trade in my old sedan to upgrade to an SUV. However, you may expect market price adjustment for certain popular vehicles and add-on service charge. Besides that, I do enjoy here from test drive to vehicle delivery with the help from the sales representative Daryl who is very passionate, customer-oriented, and also very knowledgable of the vehicle.

Sam is the man! Made the car buying process a breeze! They had many models and trim levels to chose from and toon the time to educate us on the different options and values for each. Bought my first car here. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and my dealer, Nasser, was an absolutely great guy! Facility is clean and the cars are nice. All around great experience. Would definitely buy another car there in the future.

I bought my new suv today, happy with my new car. My sales agent Harry Sam Weist was very nice, professional, He answered all my questions. He took good care of us he also kept us company while we waited so even though it took longer than expected for the process it wasnt so bad. The 5 stars is for the agent . Brandon Hyundai’s service department has had my car since LAST SATURDAY (this is the sixth business day) and I have not received a phone call about its status, cannot connect to service advisors, no one seems to have any idea what’s going on.All I would like to know is the status of my DIAGNOSIS. WE HAVE NOT EVEN REACHED THE REPAIR STAGE. I do not recommend you go to this dealership for service or anything else at this time - to say they’re totally lacking in communication is an understatement. This dealership is a non-functioning entity. They do not have the staff, leadership, or ability to handle your car-related needs.I have come to Brandon Hyundai before and would be happy to change this review if ANYONE will reach out to me about the status of my vehicle. I will be picking it up later today if I do not receive any information.

Joe made the entire purchase easy! He explained everything about the vehicle and highlighted all the “bells and whistles “ while on the test drive. He also spent hours with my trade-in and then helped to move all the stickers (toll road and parking pass) to the Sonata. He patiently explained all the numbers and then walked me over to the business managers office to complete the paperwork.
