My sister took me the Cheesecake Factory for my birthday. The parking lot was packed so I suggest using the valet.Theres various restaurants to eat at but pick the one that you can really enjoy the atmosphere because thats important.The food, and people were nice. This mall seems to have every store you could want. The only improvement would be to have cafes and coffeeshops along the stores or in the central areas.I do think its smart to have all the restaurants at the front of the mall as you are pretty likely to eat there on your way out. Pretty legit idea.Wifi is decent but does kick you out from time to timeOverall this place is a winner!
This is the most frustrating mall ever. From B-12 the latte place that charges $6.75 for an almond honey latte that on their board it is listed as $5.25. I asked why so much? They said because I ordered it with almond milk. Hello, on your menu it is called an almond honey latte?? You also dont have an upgade pricing listed. It would help if you did. Then I went to Lush, and an employee tried to do douce me with hand sanitizer the moment I walked in the door. I am allergic to the stuff. They told me I couldnt look around unless I used sanitizer or washed my hands in their less than clean sanitary sink. I understand about covid but they have no mask policy as far as I could see. In addition their sanitizer policy was not posted. I was only looking not touching. I will shop elsewhere. I only went 3 places and two of the 3 were not fun. Athleta was great.
Holy smokes you gotta hit Bay Street!🙆♀️All kinds of great food joints! Great libations and so much variety. You could go every day for a week and not hit the same spot. Probably enjoy them all. Ive been to 4 so far😘👌😋🥂
Went to Charlies today with the family on my birthday right along with Pandora it was also with the customer service oh, really good birthday gift present.
International Plaza truly has something for everyone. All shopping, restaurants, etc. You can’t go wrong with this mall.
It was a nice place to visit! Had great food court too. They had some delicious choices. The stores were awesome. Great variety and lots of different ones that from where I am... definitely a great place to go during the summer when its hot outside. 🔥 The kids enjoy the goodies that they have throughout the mall.
Celebrated my daughters birthday here at the cheesecake factory, staff went above and beyond food was great, the company was the best of all!
I wish they had more down to earth stores here. Everything is so high end. But its still definitely a good place to walk around, look at, and hang out in. The mall staff are helpful and nice, its always clean and everyone I met or who helped me was just great. The kids play area is adorable and spacious and can accommodate many kiddos.All of the outside restaurants are fun and inviting and the mall is easy to navigate.
Alot of different stores love to hear people from all over the world speak different languages

Went to the food court for lunch with my job peeps. I went to the Aussie place. It was good and everyone was super nice. They hadnt turned on their grill so they said it would be a while before I got the chicken I ordered. I didnt think anything of it but when I met up with some of the other people I went with, the restaurants they went to said the same... What happened to being ready for customers? Maybe its a way to save a buck for them? I dont know but thought it odd we all had the same experience on this visit.

Nice went for Disney store and they dont exist anymore. But daughter got free ice cream for her birthday. So it was a plus
Awesome mall! Great variety and layout of stores. Easy to navigate around and just the walking around is a pleasant experience because this mall is just prettier and cleaner on the inside than most.
Amazing hotel! Very clean, everything seemed very modern and new. The TV in the room was a HUGE LG flatscreen that offered many free channels, including streaming movies and shows from HBO Go & Showtime. You could sign onto some personal streaming networks as well, which was a benefit. The room was super clean and the shower was huge!
I really love shopping here. For the most part the mall is clean and beautiful. It has a great selection of stores from luxury to high street and even a few I consider dollar wise to be inexpensive. The food court has a nice variety and the courtyard area has some wonderful restaurants. Because it is a larger mall it would be nice to have a couple more public restrooms. Maybe because some stores have restrooms customers can use they didnt feel it necessary. The people that work the kiosks werent as aggressive when I went and Im hoping it stays that way. Sitting outside the food court in the courtyard is very relaxing and a nice little break area to rejuvenate. The parking can be a little rough but I have found since Covid its not quite as bad. I see security patrolling the parking areas and even though they cant always stop theft, they are out there trying. I hope you enjoy your shopping here as much as I do .
Its definitely a mall. There are a lot of pretty people here. Im not, so I felt out of place and thought I might be ruining peoples experiences. Then I got ice cream and everything was okay.Also, great concept, love the open food court area.
This had to be the most fantastic outdoor outlet mall shopping plaza extravaganza Ive ever ever seen and Ive been to many every kind of outlet store you could think of brand names designers the whole nine and they also have inside mall shopping a spectacular place guaranteed you will be in this place all day it is an all day shopping extravaganza so tell the honeys take a seat take off your shoes sit back and relax cuz mamas going to be shopping

I love visiting International Plaza. There is a great selection of restaurants to dine at. Always a fun time as some restaurants have live entertainment.
Nice mall with many, many high end stores. A little rich for my blood but it has so many lovely stores offering so many goodies. These stores arent anywhere else in Tampa so if you like the Neiman Marcus, Gucci, Louis Vitton etc, its definitely for you.
Best mall around! Great stores and dining, plenty of happy hours on the top level. You can definitely shop till you drop. 😆
The International Plaza is close to Tampa International Airport, and it seemed prudent to have dinner before we ventured out into rush-hour traffic.We ate at Brio, an Italian restaurant, in the dining and restaurant area that features The Cheesecake Factory. Its a popular area with a lot of choices. There was a bit of a walk from available parking to Brio, but valet parking is available.Brio was quiet and elegant. The service was friendly and professional. The food was very good, our two pasta dishes were tasty and unique. BTW, be sure to at least sample the complementary loaf of bread -- it was delicious!
I don’t usually leave reviews but the incident I experienced at this mall is ridiculous. The kiosks employees are extremely rude especially at “Lava Jewelry”. I had went in to get a refund but the guy working shoved a sign into my face and told me to read it. Which at the time of the purchase was hidden away. It read “all items are final sale with a receipt exchanges are available within 7 days” I said yes I’ll do an exchange. He said I could do whatever I wanted and I asked if I could do two of the cheaper bracelets for the one I purchased in order to get what I paid for. He said no and explained that they don’t do “monetary exchange”. I personally didn’t see it as a “monetary exchange” I had paid 100 dollars for two poor quality bracelets and the man there said he can exchange my 50 dollar bracelets for a 20 dollar bracelet. Which personally doesn’t make sense to me. Then he began to ask about my ethnicity. “Where are you from, are you Indian?” Which I find offensive. He shouldn’t have assumed my race. As I walked away he gave a shooing motion and said “get out of here”. After the employees behavior I contacted the manager in order to let them know of their poor customer service to which I wasn’t given a response. For a mall that has many high end brands this totally ruins the experience of shopping there. If I ever go back there (which I won’t) I would avoid the kiosks especially Lava Jewelry.
A lot of specialty and high end stores that you dont find in other shopping malls.
The food is very expensive and the portions are extremely small. They claim they sell fresh Lemon 🍋 Juice and its power lemon with syrup not real citric with lemon squeezed pulp. When I brought the subject to the surviving waitress she ignored me and even let me finalize me to complete my order and walked away. She was rewarded generously after we left but her attitude doesnt make nobody feel welcome. However, the place is very nice, cleaned and the food is.fresh with small portions even the Chesse Cake the serving portion for the price is a rip off.

This place is such a great idea. I wish more of these types of eating areas and malls existed. But too many people are afraid to leave their houses nowadays. This place will continue to be successful. The restaurants within are awesome as well.
I love there is so many stores from high-end to the low end and everything in between. I love the little places of restaurants. However I would like the see more sanitary stations. But beside that everything is amazing 👏

Forever 21 had sales off the hook. I left out of there with 2 bags & money left over. I ate at 2 spots. Met a nice lady, positive vibes. Ill see yall in a couple of weeks.
Enjoyed walking this mall. This mall has both outside and indoor areas for dining. It is well maintained throughout and has a large variety of high end shopping options.
My car broke down so I had to leave it in the parking lot for 2 days. There were no tow away signs yet my car was towed. I called the towing company and no one answered. I went to the tow company on the date and time they were open and no employees were present. Not sure how to get my car back. Surprised that a big mall like this would use such an unprofessional towing company.

Beautiful building and a great diversity of stores. Its definitely a breeding ground for contagions with only 2% of the consumers wearing masks in the building. Quite a bit of gross negligence towards the safety of the community.

I really enjoy visiting and shopping at International Plaza. There is plenty of parking, stores and great restaurants. Cheesecake Factory is a popular place to eat before or after shopping.I love the overall look of this mall. It is really nice and spacious and has all the best stores. Its also the holiday so you can definitely see Santa at his workshop and snow.International Plaza also has a food court with reasonable prices and fast service.It really is a great mall for all ages. The next time you are in Tampa Bay Florida you should visit.

This mall makes my local mall (which is a pretty nice mall) look like a dump. There are so many high end retailers, along with more casual retailers to shop at. So many great options!Lower floor of the mall is more casual, while upper floor is more upscale. I thought I should mention this because I felt a little out of place on the upper floor.

Very clean mall with a cute eating area. Given it being right next to the airport and one of the nicer financial districts of Tampa, it has a super touristy feel. Everything is overpriced and the people can be kind of plastic (for Tampa standards, anyway). Nothing wrong with the place outright, it just needs to be your cup of tea. Best selection of stores in Tampa.

Really appreciated how quickly we were seated on our weekday visit, had great service and food, as well as the 3 servers who sang Happy birthday to my 17 yr old son with his Godiva cheesecake! That was his 1st time there, and he said definitely wants to return.I ordered my usual Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane Factory Combination, and strawberry shortcake.

This is a really nice mall. There are a lot of stores and restaurants here! Great places to eat! Very large upscale mall with very upscale stores example, Tiffanys, Rolex, Nieman Marcus etc. It is very well kept and clean. A nice place to bring tourists. It is very close to the Tampa airport too. The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to eat here! There is always a good amount of parking too!

My favorite mall I love coming to international mall this mall is the best of Tampa I always do all my clothing shopping here my favorite store is Armani exchange in Zara I am coming next month to do some shopping because on Christmas I am going on a cruise vacation

Great mall, lots of higher class shopping options. Most important thing to do before coming here is dress up like your going out clubbing, it is mandatory. But really though, its a good mall

An incredibly huge, two-story mall with tons of different retailers to browse. If youre having trouble finding something I recommend going here. Theres a high chance youll find what youre looking for.

My husband & I went to Rocco Tacos Saturday & Sunday and enjoyed the atmosphere & service. The chicken & fish tacos were amazing. Its a busy place, so we were put on a wait list for a table. We chose to eat at the bar on Saturday, because of the wait. The wait on Sunday was less, so we got a table outside pretty fast.
Loved all of the new restaurants at International Plaza. We had great service & drinks at Whiskey Cakes. Our bartender, Lucy, did an outstanding job. We will be back
