So happy I found these people. We lost an entire day Friday calling and driving around to find some galvanized pipe for a dock I am building. With it being a holiday weekend I thought all hope was lost, but then I found Metal Supermarket Tampa was open on Saturday. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The woman at the front desk, (who was fantastic) took some general information from me, then asked Charlie to take me into the warehouse, to show and explain the different options to me. They had exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it seemed like it was going to be too long to safely transport in my truck.The two of them really went above and beyond, calling the owner on his day off to see if he would allow them to deliver the order to my house after work. This was not a very big order, and it was a holiday weekend, so needless to say I was very appreciative. Thank you all so much!

These guys are the best! I called late on a Saturday afternoon to see if they were still open and if they had what I needed for my project. They told me that they were not open on Saturdays, but to come on over anyway and they would wait for me. When I showed up, they were extremely friendly and eager to assist. Needed 4 metal computer brackets reduced in size to allow access for HDMI cables. They were able to cut the brackets to the precise measurements we needed. Very happy with their work and I would highly recommend.

Spent $450 in metal tubing in 2 orders.( not to mention another $150 in welding I wont get back) First order worked perfect, 2nd order was totally different measurement. Give me shims to try to fix, doesnt work. Had to throw entire project out and start with different metal company. Charged me delivery fee and didnt offer it back when I had to go back to try to correct. They will tell you it is within spec But dont sell me garbage if I need precision. This is NOT the place if you want precision metal. Thanks for nothing.

Almost 1 month and no quote. I went there and waited over 30 minutes. Then a Mr Zelaya comes to me, asks what did I want and hands me his card, tells me to email him. WHAT? Wasted day! Dx Engineering sent me the aluminum tubes I wanted for a large antenna project in 2 days!! Do not waste time at this location!

Called up with what I needed, the next morning Raul had it cut to length and ready to go - reasonable price, too. Yeah, Ill be back.
