Horrible experience you can feel how no one wants to do their job, every chance I had to talk to someone through text/call was always so unhelpful and useless. No one knew what they were talking about and I got over charged and disconnected after paying. I then made an appointment the technician came and was okay he did his job fine. He left and my internet finally came back and worked for ONE HOUR, after it disconnected again and now xfinity are saying that I have to pay for another technician to come check it out. Horrible service, lack of communication and no one in Taos is ever there doing their jobs.
Didnt know much about technology.... I had to pretty much do everything myself in order to get the phone up & running....also was kind of confused on that.... Also they dont hold a lot of merchandise at this store that most stores have
The local office or the 1-800 number everyone has been grat! I had a question about my bill and before you know it they took off $20....they also did that when my cable was out for a few days.....always helpful.....Ill been with Comcast now for a few yrs....Ive had Dish,Direct TV......enjoy Comcast Cable much more.You dont have to got out and brush snow off the dish!Thank you,Mary Adams

Comcast - one of the largest, far reaching, worldwide, unlimited resources at their disposal, assests and profits through the roof - one of the biggest monopolies on the planet cant afford to hire more than ONE CSR in their Taos office - which is only open and available to their customers 3 days a week - if youre lucky. And the ONE and ONLY Customer SERVICE Rep they have is one of the rudest, unprofessional, inept, uneducated, lazy - I mean L-A-Z-Y persons dealing with the public, let alone the customers who contribute to her paycheck and benefits, that I have encountered ANYWHERE - small town, mid-sized city, mega-metropolis. She doesnt care about her customers one bit - unless of course they are her relatives or compadres - everyone else she could care less about. SHe is a extremely poor representative for her company. She obviously is very small-town minded, petty, and vengeful. SHe is so completely in the wrong line of work - too bad she doesnt realize or even admit to it - but mainly - she doesnt give a sh!T. She collects her paycheck and benefits, her vacation time - why should she care?!I stopped by the Taos office. Doors were closed, locked, no ONE answered mine or the other 2 customers there at the same time as myself. No notification posted on the door - nothing, zip, nada. Luckily, one of the service techs happened to be there and though it took a great effort to get his attention and for him to respond I was FINALLY able to ask him what the situation was. Wasnt the office open? Why not? Would it be open later that day? All legitimate questions from a paying customer.He informed me that Lindy was on vacation and wouldnt be back in the office for at least another week. I inquired: Doesnt she have a temporary CSR to cover her absence? (No.) She had given them prior notice of her time off - didnt they prepare for her time-off? (No.) Couldnt they offer another CSR in one of the other MANY Comcast offices within the state of NM even a neighboring town compensation to be available to their customers while she was absent? (No.)Apparently, having an actual human being assisting customers in the office was of no concern or consideration to anyone representing Comcast. Just pay your bill so we can provide you with sketchy, intermitent service (at best) If you have any issues or concerns or questions - thats your problem. What kind of customer service is that?! IT ISNT! - Shameful & hypocritical especially if one has seen their fraudulant advertisements. But again, why should they care - theyve got the monopoly, especially in small towns or rural areas similar to Taos. Their indifference and dismissiveness are quite apparent and obvious. No wonder that they or one of the most - if not the most - reviled and hated Corp. in practically every customer service survey conducted in the United States. But again - why should they be concerned. What are we gonna do about it? What can we do about it? Absolutely nothing - which they know and which they use to their fullest advantage. Shameful
Absolutely horrible...I am lucky if I have a half hour of internet service. I moved to the Town of Taos. I am moving thank goodness. I have never in my life had such bad internet service. Xfinity really should not be offered to the citizens of Taos.

Im a disappointed Im comcast they left me with no service for a whole night because I paid my bill what unfairness comcast u dont deserve a star at all u guys dont care about anyone but urselfs Ive had 10 problems within 3 months n nothing. Comcast just steals n cheats also Im canceling my service after this they just disappoint n give us customers headaches comcast u ruin peoples lifes and when this month ends I wont be with u
This place is a joke the phone number on your guys listing is disconnected and when you call your 1-800 number some person who can barely speak a word of English keeps me on the phone to tell me there no account So frustrating
Service was less than adequate and the customer relations were simply horrible
