Great service. Cell service has improved over the time they have been here in, Taos. Im glad Metro is local to help me with my communication needs. Staff is so nice and have a smile.

Keep getting the run around by the staff and management they double charged my accounts and refuse to refund me the money terrible service terrible communication. Been waiting a week to hear back from them I DO NOT RECOMMEND.if management sees this contact the stor for my number and give me a call thanks.

I wouldnt even give them the entire star. They dont deserve it. But I had to give a star in order to write this. The staff are unintelligent, misinformed, belligerent jerks who should all be fired. The company should probably be closed down. When you sign up for service they make you pay for a protection plan which is really a plastic holder and a glass cover for your phone. These items should come free with the phone if they are a necessary part of having a phone. Then, when they are installing the glass on the front of your phone they dont know to use the wipe in the package marked 1 before the one in the package marked 2. They always crack the glass just enough so that it lasts for about 3 weeks then it had to be replaced (for $20.00). They are a rip off company with rip off workers.

I am a user from elsewhere and the staff did everything possible to help me. 5 star service.MetroPCS does not have good area coverage in the Taos area but that is the system and not the stores fault.New users need to know signal and reception are not great.

I walked in was greeted right away they help with my need. I had much better service than I received at Verizon

Nice enough workers, and the service works IF you are using one of their phones. HOWEVER, if you bring your own phone, make sure your phone is GSM compatible or it will NOT work, and you wont get a refund.

Very upset with a worker there as he erased all my sd card wich had all my pics to my son i never see anymore and after calming down enough to confront him he acted like a bratty kid with a smirk on him the whole time kept arguing he wasnt the one who messed it up was very sarcastic with me going to climb the ladder and see if they respect customers or not stay tuned
