Friendly and welcoming staff. Purchased a watch cap and although I didnt get any chocolates, they looks really tempting. Definitely pricey but seems extremely well made with a lifetime gaurentee.

During my trip, I decided to do some shopping with my family. Of course, it’s winter there in New Mexico so the temperature outside is cold and people are trying to stay warm inside. I saw the shop while walking and we decided to go see inside. Some people in front of us must’ve had the same idea because they went to the same store. They opened the door and walked in, so I grabbed the door after them and let my mother and brother go in first. A few people who were in the shop decided to leave and I was stuck in between the door, halfway in. To be polite, I shuffled outside to let the others out and I was halfway inside, about to close the door, when the lady working there yelled at me for apparently leaving the door open and gave me a glare demanding I close it, before going back to what she was doing. It was a bit tense and uncomfortable to me after because of the seemingly hostile behavior, so my mother ushered us out, both my mother and brother just as uncomfortable as I was. The other group of people who had gone in before us also decided to leave after her rude service as well. One sweet lady from the group even went to me outside the shop and told me she agreed the woman working had been very unpleasant. Keep in mind, I wasn’t even fully in the store when this occurred. I was just trying to be polite and let the people flow in and out without being in the way. Maybe she was having a bad day or doesn’t like the cold, but demanding one of your customers to do something, glaring at them, and yelling at them doesn’t show the professionalism a business should have. Long story short, we didn’t buy anything. But I did learn there was a cute little sweet shop not too far away with people who give you a smile when you walk in.

The staff there was very helpful, I looked at the chocolates and they were beautiful and tasted wonderful!
