I try to keep my purchases local and at small businesses whenever possible, Taos Adobe Quilting is my go to for all my sewing needs. They also have a great selection of locally made items that would be great gifts.

An Oasis on the desert for quilters. Full range of style and colors. You will find what you need. Great selection of fat quarters and kits. Good prices.
We love stopping here they have some fabulous western style quilt fabrics. Some of the most colorful and unusual fabrics. My wife is a fabroholic and she gets her fix here. My pocketbook usually gets depleted. Lol!
Great selection of fabrics and very friendly service!
A wonderful little quilt shop right in our own back yard. Great customer service.
I enjoy coming here and so much to see and the fabrics are so beautiful.
Taos Adobe Quilting is a feast for a quilter. The inventory is large; the southwest prints are amazing, but more than anything the owner/stsff are pleasant and helpful. Taos is like no other place; the scenery is spectacular and the people are welcoming.
Wonderful store with beautiful fabric and excellent customer service. A must-go the next time you’re walking around Taos!
Fantastic store with decent prices on high quality cotton fabrics.
Love independent quilt stores. Very friendly.
Awful customer service. Truly awful! The staff was friendly initially when they wanted us to purchase their merchandise. As we are new to quilting, our purchases was based upon their recommendations. We ultimately purchased items that were not necessarily a requirement for a beginner in quilting. After regretting our impulsive purchase of almost $100, we asked to return our purchase, but the staff refused to give a refund and only offered us a store credit. She was very abrupt and exceedingly rude thereafter even though we explained that we are tourists and we are unable to use the store credit. She said it was too bad and obstinately refused to refund our credit card purchase and purposely didnt make eye contact with us as a sign of dismissal. We tried appealing to her by repeating our dilemma that as tourists, we would not be able to use the store credit or make alternative selections, and she ignored us as if we were invisible. I would also like to note that the purchases were not custom-cut and could be found at any generic arts and crafts store (I.e. Walmart). I would strongly discourage customers to make purchases knowing this policy. I would also caution customers of their complete disregard for common respect and utter rudeness.
Wonderful quilt shop with a huge selection of southwestern and western quilt fabrics along with many other eclectic choices including some Kaffe Fassett fabrics! Lots of fat quarters, FQ packs, and unusual panels. Very nice shop owner.
Super sweet customer service. Will be back.
Good fabric, but WAY OVER PACKED & Fairly high priced
Absolutely LOVE the store, the fabric/patterns and the owner!!!
Worst quilt store we have ever been to. We have been to quilt shops in 45 different states and this was bottom 1%
My wife send me in on a busy Saturday. They were very helpful and took the time to cut 2 yards of batting into 10 inch squares.
