I was looking for a side by side. I was having a hard time finding a place that had good customer service. Rio grande motor sports treated me like family. I finally bought my first side by side. Bought this beautiful machine without any issues at all. The staff was very friendly, and most of the transaction was done over the telephone. All we had to do is show up and sign on the X. Would be my go to shop if I lived closer to Taos, but unfortunately I live in a different city that is a ways away. Thank you for the professionalism and this beautiful machine.

Exceptional Customer Service!Rio Grande Motorsports exceeded all of my expectations. My family had just arrived in Red River, NM for a weeks vacation when suddenly my new Can Am decided to have an engine issue. I took the UTV into Rio Grande Motorsports on a Saturday to see what was the issue. They dropped everything, ran the diagnostics, and corrected an electrical issue and I was able to pick it up the same day. Yes, the same day. Vacation saved thanks to these guys! My entire family owes them a big thank you. More businesses need this type of customer service and work ethic.

Honestly have never bought anything from them but I called to get a quote to put on a snow plow on our 4-wheeler and got the price. Then called back not once, not twice but three times now to try and schedule an appointment to get parts ordered and put it on. No one calls me back. Guess I should just take my business elsewhere...

Called and spoke to a guy at this shop told him I have a ATV that needs work have not rode it in a while but wanted to have them work on it. the guy just cuts me off and said they will not work on it. So I guess as long as its running good they wont help you out. Then whats the point of you guys being a repair facility. Did not appreciate how I was taken care of not going to last doing or treating customers like that. I will take my business else where. Was going to get it running good and see about purchasing a UTV but they wont get any business from me.

Went in on a busy afternoon which is understandable but by the time someone got around to helping us and did, we left empty handed because of an unfinished product that we wanted to purchase.we called back asking if we could do the paperwork and purchase it then pick it up when it was finished. They told us because it was late in the day and they were busy that they werent willing to do it.they said they could help us the next day but because I was starting a new job out of town I told them I wouldnt be available, they were willing to do it via email but by the next day they sold the item I wanted and didnt offer any further assistance. Very disappointed with the service.

Refused to work on my 2019 Can Am Maverick Sport which has 9 days of warranty left and is weeping coolant. Guy said warranty work was a waste of his time and was too busy to help me. I called BRP customer service and made a claim. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
