I had to have my Washer repaired by Video TV and had exceptional service. The gentlemen Mr. Jones came on time and was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Price of the repair was very reasonable, and less than other service providers I had before moving to Tarboro. Highly Recommended!

I would like to tell my side of the refrigerator repair.Number 1 she forgot to mention her freezer side of the refrigerator, had 8 inches of solid ice build up from front to back. you could not see her ice maker..It took 2 hours with a steam gun, to defrost, I had to come back the next day and start the repair... Most repair men would have left after seeing that much solid ice, I didntNumber 2 she had tape over what she calls the light switch, it was also the fan switch it had to be ordered and two bulbs...Yes, we wanted a thermometer, we cant trust the sensor in the refrigerator it is not always accurate if it isnt cooling... I completely cleaned the refrigerator got all water out dried everything up... On a return trip I gave her the bill she said she would stop by and pay.. As always payment is due upon receipt of service, either with cash, check, credit card. We have Over 50 years of service, in the town of Tarboro. A side note she said we lack knowledge, we are and authorized service center, I have all license, I change out compressors and evaporators, I have work on tube TVs to solid state flat screens. I repair some control modules on appliances that other technicians change, just wanted everyone to know this side of the story...

I recently moved to Tarboro and needed my dryer repaired. I was recommended Video TV and Appliance by a neighbor. I call Mrs. Jones and set up a service call. Phillip the owner came out and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired that same afternoon, he even took the time to,vacuum out the lint inside the dryer that was a fire hazard. As well as cleaned the lint from the vent hose that was clogged. I have had Sears and others repair my appliances in the past but we’re such a hassle to deal with. Love the small hometown feel of Tarboro and local businesses such as this.

BEAWARE HE just WANT YOUR MONEY!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called &told him there was an issue wit my TV he said bring it N & ITLL cost $90 dollars. When i told him i know the problem thats going on wit my TV & i just need that fixed he was VERY RUDE, got an AWFUL ATTITUDE, had NO PATIENCE & GOT VERY UPSET ! Told me to take my TV SOMEWHERE ELSE. He HUNG UP ON ME TOO!
