The entire car buying experience with Doug Henry Ford was top notch. We dealt with several issues concerning delivery of the truck with the Colonial Pipeline ordeal and subsequent gas shortage, however, Ruben worked with me every step of the way. He was extremely professional and caring, and made himself available even after hours. I’ve dealt with several dealerships in the past and never felt like they truly cared about my satisfaction. That was not the case with Ruben and the staff at Doug Henry Ford. Upon delivery, Ruben personally drove 3-4 hours out of his way to meet me with his family during their vacation and has kept in touch with me over the past few weeks making sure I was completely satisfied. I would not recommend this dealership. I have waited a long time for this review. I purchased a 2017 tahoe 3 years ago. It had 6k miles on it, almost new. I have had issues with it very quickly. It needed like 4 injectors replaced within a year, then the trunk stopped working. Other random stuff inside stopped working too. I also found out it had damage reported on CarFax which was not disclosed to me because they use cheaper, not detailed autocheck. Their response was that they only have to disclose if its 25% of value. Well thanks. Now my trade in value is affected and I got denied for another issue. Once you purchase from them might as well forget any service. Not what I expected after buying a 50k vehicle. Go somewhere else.
