Today the parking lot had more cars than usual. When I went inside, it looked like most of the customers were at the Pharmacy. The shelves had more empty spots than I expected for Walgreens. I wasn’t able to get everything I came in for. The cashier was polite.The Walgreens in Williamston appears to be a pharmacy-only store. Is that what this one should be?

Pharmacy team works hard to refill medications. Staff is helpful with store products, including photo shop problems. Staff is always friendly.

I dont go here too often but I do have decent experiences each time, especially with the cashiers in the front. I usually get prescriptions at the window and this can be a very long wait. Also, I have heard management complaining about things at some points as well as the personnel, although they have always been friendly to me personally. I think they need a leadership and customer service course to train on and a culture change. Outside of this, I enjoy shopping here.

Long wait times for prescriptions and everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions at least one item is missing, so I end up having to drive back to pick up missing prescriptions. I left the doctors office at 9:30 came home knowing I wouldnt have medicine filled leaving straight from doctors office. So I give them time to fill it then get to Walgreens at 10:40 they say it will be 20 more minutes until my prescriptions are filled. Sure enough they left out one. I ask about it they say we dont fill that youll have to get it off the shelve mind you I have no idea what to get... I call my doctor back and ask them they tell me they sent all my prescriptions in and maybe ask for the pharmacist to help me find it. I ask them for help they show me where it is but I also ask if it was all called in together why it wasnt in with the other prescriptions? She told me because it was an over the counter medication and they dont know why doctors do that. Also that they was going to get it but they were busy helping other people get their prescription filled. Not wanting to argue but thinking to myself Im customer trying to get my medicine fill too and if all my prescriptions wasnt in the bag then why did you call me saying my prescriptions was filled. Letting me pay for half of what my doctor prescribed for me. This isnt the only problem I had another was the doctor prescribed me some medicine and I pick it up. Then when I got to my car I checked my medicine to the paperwork and noticed that what I picked up doesnt matched what the doctor prescribed me. So I asked and they said that it was basically the same medicine but my insurance didnt cover the other one I said well shouldnt you ask me before changing my prescriptions. I told them to give me exactly what the doctor prescribed and I will pay for it and if they could make a note in my records to please ask me before change my medications.

Rude staff, not helpful. Acted like they did not want to speak with me, multiple times. Most employees need customer service training. I understand that this is during a hurricane but do not tell me my prescription will be ready in 2 hours and 19 hours later (the next day) still not have it ready. Please advise future customers that you will not have it so they may have a chance of getting medicine elsewhere. Especially people who are sick. I have a terrible case of strept throat and have had no medication for relief. Feel as if giving one star is too much of a compliment. Very unhappy. Very unwell.

This store was rude to me and the manager of the store was kicked me out because I was upset that there was no toilet paper or paper towels so he banned me from this store complaining

Most HORRIBLE excuse for a pharmacy! High prescription prices, very slow service, cant talk to real person on the phone! Rude! Wish Riteaid was still here!

Pharmacist only has 1 employee to wait on customers in store and drive thru and answer phones. Average wait in line 15-25 minutes...that is with 2-3 people in line.
