First we stopped at the store on US19 and Curlew. Caitlin was super nice and helpful. We wanted to try a purple4 mattress. Their store didn’t have one so she recommended the store in Tarpon. We drove to that store where the salesperson, Ben, was extremely helpful, patient and personable. His suggestions were right on. If the delivery is anywhere close to the way we were treated at the store, I couldn’t ask for more. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Ben!

I had first purchase a Mattress Firm a Mattress Firm and unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. But after looking at my paperwork it stated that I had 120 days for an exchange. I went to the mattress firm in Tarpon Springs Florida and Michele helped me and I feel that she went over and beyond her duties. I was fit it with the correct mattress and it will be delivered in three days. I do have to pay restocking fee and delivery fee but as well worth it for a good nights sleep. Thank you Michelle for taking the time out to speak with me to fit me with the correct mattress. And guiding me throughout the process

Big shout out to Ben at the Tarpon location we had lightning surge the power supply and the warranty company sent us the wrong power supply. You are on hold forever with the warranty co and I get frustrated after 45 minutes holding (3 times this happened) to make a long story short our adjustable bed is once again ADJUSTABLE!! First of all the Sales person at Mattress Firm (Michelle) was extremely helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed at a great price.Although there was a slight hiccup on delivery of one of the delivery items it was quickly remedied and Michelle reached out to me personally to apologize and make certain everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the companies high priority for customer satisfaction.I highly recommend Mattress Firm.On another note, I visited the Clearwater store to pick up some pillows and while leaving noticed an elderly couple in distress as the husbands motorized wheel chair was stuck on the vehicle ramp. I had a great experience. I was referred by my neighbor who told me to go to the Tarpon store and ask for Scott Hermann. They told me that Scott took very good care of them. Well he was awesome and took great care of me also. It was very obvious that Scott cared about my well-being. He asked me questions like what position do I sleep in as well as what type of timeframe am I looking to receive my items in. After answering a few questions he suggested a couple different beds for me and I fell in love with one quickly and bought it right on the spot.It was refreshing dealing with someone like Scott who was knowledgeable and friendly and truly takes pride in his job. I would recommend him and Mattress Firm to anybody.

The sales team at the Tarpon Springs store was very helpful, Although they did not have in stock The mattress that I wanted but was able to substitute a different mattress to accommodate My needs and they gave me a great price on it...Well my mattress was delivered when the delivery guys got here they took my Old mattresses out and promptly loaded them onto a truck Then came in and asked me if I had a pair of pliers to remove the headboard from my bedframe with that I said I don’t have any tools that’s why I paid you $150 to remove and install my new mattress little while one went out meantime I went in the garage to see if I can find any tools gave them back than what I had the other guy found a pair of pliers or a wrench took the guy about a 15 minutes to undo the headboard, then Another 15 Minutes to try to assembled the adjustable base and proceeded to tell me that the base is damaged and they can’t put the bed together so my choices are take the mattress with no bass and put it on the floor or take my old mattresses out of the truck of which there’s no way I’m going to sleep on those old mattresses That have been thrown in the back of a truck so I told them to take everything Back, Totally unprofessional and to charge $150 and show up with no tools to assemble things to say the least I’m not happy because now I have no bed in my room to sleep on....So now day for after they took my mattress I’m still waiting for my money to get back into my account so I can purchase a new mattress in the meantime I’m sleeping on the floor because now they’re saying it’s going to take at least 10 days for the money to get back into my account they can take the money in one day but they can’t give it back to you for 10 days so now I have to wait to get money back so I can purchase a new mattress in the meantime I’m sleeping on the floor thank you for nothing mattress firm

On day of delivery seemed with there computer messups which caused multiple customers address, phone number, and orders to get crossed. I was at first getting information about another address. Delivery drives calling me to tell me they were at my price, but they were at another place Called the store to resolve this, in the end when the correct truck came to my place, they had only 50% of my order correct. They had my adjustable frame but not the queen mattress, instead they had a king mattress. They promised me that they could have it to my place tomorrow, but not today. I however already removed my old bedding, so I didnt have a bed to sleep on for the night. I feel they could have offered something more, or seemed more concerned, as when I told them my wife just wanted to cancel the order, they simply said .. well, I can process that cancelation if thats what you want .. I realize they were dealing with alot of messup maybe, but the fact is that I dont feel like I was compensated for the stores/warehouses screwup and im suffering for this, not the company I purchased it from.

Bought a Purple mattress there. The employee was excellent. We were torn between two mattresses and he explained the return policy for Purple and mentioned that if we bought the other and returned it, it had a restock fee of 20% if I recall correctly, whereas the Purple mattress does not. To me, thats great customer service ensuring a customer walks out happy.

Prompt well informed service. Easy to schedule delivery in just a few days from the order. It was a great price and it all felt like a concierge service experience tailored to this one single sale. Yes, they’re selling something so the company should be courteous, fast etc but that’s not always the case across the board in every sales experience. I called and told “someone” what I needed to purchase (idk who this someone was...a mattress fairy who acts like a personal assistant from heaven). She said she’d text back with a phone number to call in 15min. This mattress fairy found out which store had what I needed in stock, called that store and found an associate to gather all info needed for my order and then text me the associate’s name/cell phone number. All I had to do was call to verify and provide her my email address so she could send me a payment link. Click and done. It was too easy. I didn’t have to wait on the line or repeat what I was looking for. They were also able to score me a sweet discount. Mattress fairies....Delivery in 2 days.
