I had Steve do a virus scan on my computer about two and a half years ago and he solved it quickly and at a Very Reasonable Price. Last Wednesday my hard drive crashed. In the middle of a new National Launch of a Medical Product I was horrified. I figured he was my go to guy but as he dug into things, well those things began to add up much to my dismay. Fortunately with the Holidays upon us I was able to delay parts of my project. After 5 days of tirelessly working, and I mean HOURS, he got me up and running again. When I received his invoice, which made me quite nervous, my jaw dropped at the price. I said, Steve, this cant be right, and he told me, thats what I charge. Given the amount of time he put into getting me back up and running, I nearly doubled the invoice price. This guy is awesome and deserves every penny. Contacted E2 for a simple service of Toning and Probing of some patch panels in our new office. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment with me and provided a cost estimate of the job. When it came to getting the job done, E2 was able to provide progressive updates while they were working and were very professional. As many have, I think, Ive had to deal with many computer techs. E2 Computers by far is the best when it comes to service. Steve is knowledgeable and works until he solves the problem. My computer died so I brought it to Steve to figure out if it was worth fixing. Steve put up with me and my three small children while he took a look at the machine. He kept it for a day and diagnosed it for me. It was not worth the repair so he put my hard drive in a case so I could access my data. He communicated promptly throughout the process and charged a very fair price. I am happy I found a trustworthy and knowledgeable computer repair place in the area!

Spoke to Steve on Saturday afternoon about a hard drive failure message. Took my laptop in on Monday afternoon. Diagnostics were run and a new drive was recommended. Choice was conventional drive or for a bit more SSD drive. Time was critical to get it back as I use it for work all day long. I got a call about 6:30 Tuesday night that the cloning worked and I could pick it up (Steve stayed late to finish it) The machine is about a 1000 times faster with the boot up and runs great. Super service. Thanks Steve.

Over the years, even with anti-virus, and malware removal tools, most of my computers have only lasted three or four years. They became cluttered up and slow down to the point, that I would just go out and buy a new one.While trying to salvage one of my last computers, I ask the owner at E2 Computers if he could built me a computer that would last me a while. He said he could, and so he did.That was in in February of 2008, as of June of 2015 it is still running great!
