This place is Outstanding!! My father is 93 and in a nursing home. He is having trouble with his vision and we get an eye exam and his eyes have changed and he is written an updated prescription. The lens business at the doctors office wants $888.00 for new lenses installed in his current frames, which are like new, look good, and fit him well... They dont take Medicaid or Medicare... which is the insurance that is available for him. Tried a couple other places, one at Largo Mall that has No Concept of Customer Service!! In my travels I noticed Optical Outlets on US-19 in Tarpon. I stopped by and had his new prescription with me... I am warmly greeted by an employee at the front desk. She invited me to have a seat at her work station and I agreed. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and she responded that there was no reason for me to go anywhere else and they would love to help my father see!! I picked up Dads current glasses and dropped them off. Nicholyn was the technician that was SO Professional and Accommodating!! She explained everything that was going on and assured me that Dad would be extremely satisfied with his new glasses! They were inexpensive and he Loved them!! Go Here!! You wont be disappointed!!!
Worst experience!!!!!!! The receptionist had NO CLUE what she was doing while performing my pre exam. The Dr was rushing me during my appointment, which by the way I was on time to the appointment and completed my paperwork online prior to appointment but they said they didn’t have it when I arrived. I was called the by two employees the DAY of my appointment …first employee was calling to confirm my appointment and told this employee that my paperwork was completed online, second employee called me around 2pm asking if I’m coming to the appointment….which explains the Dr running out of the office! The so called manager was beyond rude!!!!! I asked a question, manager said something but couldn’t hear then YELLED at me from desk. If she is manager…get up and speak to me or any customer. Best part is I’m hard of hearing but I was being rushed so couldn’t put or finish my paperwork. UNETHICAL & Negligence!!!!!’ Then I was told no specials were available which is WRONG. This so called eye center is a joke and I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. I am Appalled and Disgusted by the way the staffed treated me.If any of my employees treated customers this way…I would let them go. The so called manager has short hair with a MAJOR ATTITUDE and my appointment was yesterday at 3pm. Did not get her name but the above time frame is when she was working. I was EXTREMELY embarrassed and did not expect my appointment to end up like this. Especially I’m a paying customer and needed glasses. FYI I will fight this till I get my money reimbursed. Also….I NEVER COMPLETED MY PAPERWORK WHICH DOES ASK MEDICAL QUESTIONS…..Negligence once again. I hope I was prescribed the correct prescription for my eyes. Besides that I was so embarrassed by your staff and made me feel I was a burden. Totally unprofessional!!!!!!!
My two kids and I both see Dr Birnbaum and have had a great experience at the whole practice! Everyone is friendly and easygoing, and made us all feel very comfortable. It’s so nice to have a store and optical practice that I can take the whole family to.
I recently went to Optical Outlets for the first time and bought contacts it was a wonderful experience. I been to other optical outlets but nothing like this one All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My associate was molly and she is the best ! Today was my first visit with Optical Outlets. Everyone in the store was very welcoming to my family. The store was very clean and organized. I watched the store associates clean all of the desks and chairs after patients. I’m sure they have a bunch of tasks every day with the Covid restrictions but everyone seemed to handle it exceptionally. The girls here definitely work hard and care about each and every patient that comes in. I will definitely be back to this location again. Great job optical outlets!
I went to the Tarpon Springs, FL location. First, the young girl that did my pre exam didnt know what she was doing. One of the two, she didnt position it correctly but I assumed she did. She said to look at the light. The only thing I saw was a red ball of light that moved around so I watched that. Apparently there was supposed to be a green light I was supposed to stare at. She finally positioned it correctly but only with one eye. She didnt recheck the other.Then, I saw the male doctor. I walked in and said hello and asked how he was. He just grunted. I thought to myself that he should have retired a long time ago and if you hate your job that much then finally retire. He grunting made the appointment very awkward. Anyways, he had me put this while paddle thing over each eye and read some letters. Then he put a lens in the machine thing to where I could see with both eyes through one lens. That was all he did. The exam took all of 5 minutes. He said that I still just needed readers. He wrote that each eye was slightly different. How the heck would he know that when I was looking through the lens with both eyes at one time? Hopefully he wasnt going by the joke ofpre test. I left without getting new readers. I will never go back again. It was a complete waste of my time. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay for the exam myself since my insurance paid for the once a year exam.
I recently got a pair of glasses from here and they were absolutely fantastic! All the employees were very helpful and did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as safe as possible especially with all the Covid restrictions going on. All the employees took every precaution possible to keep not only myself but everyone else safe with the wearing of their masks. The store was very clean and well kept and overall a fantastic experience! Will not hesitate to go back here again! All the employees greeted me and made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked into the store.

I’ve been wearing contacts for 30 years and this is the first office that ever made me feel comfortable with the lens fitting process. The prices were really good too since I don’t have insurance. Molly and Andrea were superb at making me feel safe and comfortable with my new prescription.

I took my special needs step-daughter in for an eye exam and glasses. She was seen by the Dr. right on time (Suzanne.) Upon examining my daughter she realized my daughter would be better served by the other Dr. on duty. Now that is impressive, set her ego aside for the sake of the patients best care. TY. After the exam they explained to us she has a very aggressive prescription w/ a prism. They explained std lenses would be quite thick. All said and done the sales person (so sorry I dont remember her name, I hope you can look it up.) did a great job, helped us find an affordable solution and was very cordial, professional and efficient. We spend about 45 minutes on the entire process. This office runs like a well oiled machine. TY, Ill spread the word!
Today was my first visit to Optical Outlets. I had my eye exam and got a complete pair of glasses. Nicolyn assisted me in choosing frames and was so kind, helpful and patient. She processed my order very efficiently too. I highly recommend her to anyone.
When entering the building there is a sign posted on the door stating masks are NOT required if you are fully vaccinated, however once seated in waiting area one staff very rudely demands that I put on the mask 😷. Of course I immediately apologize as if I misunderstood the sign posted and she states that there is an imaginary line in the building where you have to wear the mask 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏿♀️ just remove the sign and require masks to be worn upon entrance and TRAIN STAFF THAT ONE IN PARTICULAR ON HOW TO SPEAK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. Overall the doctor completed the eye exam NOTHING EXTRAORDINARY. I had a 9:30 appointment and I was out by 10:20. The staff member who helped me pick my glasses was Super kind and friendly, she has been with the company thirty 30 years.

If it were not for Andreas professionalism I would not go back to Tarpon Springs Optical Outlet. Eyes are a serious matter and any problem with glasses should be dealt in earnest. They should have the experience if they are properly trained and should advise properly.
Dr Birnbaum and Nicholyn were so helpful. I’ve gone to this company multiple times over the past few years and this location is truly the best. The office is really clean and the place has a really nice selection of frames. 10/10 will be back next year!

About the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I had a 10:15am appointment and I arrived at 10:00am as I had a busy day and wanted to make sure I am in and out asap. Girl the front desk with short hair and tattoos on her arms checks me in and asked if I filled out info online and I says yes as I had done this a week earlier. 10:15am goes by and no one comes to get me. 10:30am, doctor is chatting with the other doctor about getting the covid vaccine and how her husband has an appointment on Wednesday blah blah blah. Meanwhile I am still waiting...finally I asked another girl sitting in the front desk how much longer should I expect to wait and why is doctor a chatter box when I am waiting. Turns out they never checked me in when I arrived, could not find my paperwork that I previously filled out and I was beyond annoyed so I walked out at 10:50am. I dont recommend this practice and I will never return.
The doctor explained everything he was doing for me. Dr is very patient and very understanding. They did a beautiful job making my glasses for my progressive vision loss. Thank you guys.
I had a great experience at the Palm Harbor Optical Outlets. The eye exam was detailed and not rushed. Monica was patient when helping me to pick my frames and knowledgeable about how to best to curb costs. I got 3 pairs (regular, computer & sunglasses) for about $550 dollars (after insurance); Way less expensive than LensCrafters.My glasses will be shipped directly to my home in 8 to 24 days. I will update my review when I get them.
Mask are only required for some.Unwelcoming and no real desire to help customers ( or at least me it seemed).Apparently they didnt bother to send the glasses we bought within 7 to 10 business days and didnt seem to want to help me after I had to come pick them up, then acted like I was a nuisance.Its hard to believe optamatologists would actually run a business with customer service that bad. Maybe a one time customer is more profitable than a repeat customer.
Nicholyn was very helpful with an issue where I was sent the wrong contacts and was never sent the correct ones. Though I dont think they believed me, they were still very helpful and made sure I wasnt walking around blind.

Ive been coming to the Optical Outlets in Tarpon Springs for 3 or 4 years. I absolutely love the expertise of Dr. Birnbaum. She has always made such wonderful suggestions with my particular eye issues. She is very professional and friendly. Andrea the vision tech is exceptional in her job! I can always rely on her to help me pick out the perfect frames for me! Both of these women go out of their way to make eye exams a great experience. I hope these two very professional women will remain at this location for many years to come.

Definitely avoid. They try to rope you into contacts when you dont want them. Go to Walmart or any other place. Total waste of time and money there today. Now I remember why I havent been to one of those stores in years.
Don’t ever go to this place. The store manager is absolutely rude. She has such a bad attitude. They say they have money guarantee; while they do not. We had very bad experience with that place and all its staff. I recommend everyone not to go there
My experience was excellent! The eye exam from Dr Birnbaum was very professional and informative. She certainly took her time explaining everything and I did not feel rushed at all. Nicholyn was also very helpful with finding the correct glass frames that fit my face. I definitely will return there again!
I walked in today to get a specific type of frame. I like a slightly larger lens for my bifocals. They didnt have it but neither did 3 other stores. Im giving Optical Outlets 5 stars because they were so helpful in my search. They were also very nice.
If I could give them negative one thousand, I will definitely do so. Very bad customer service, awful staff, and the store manager is extremely rude and she also have such a bad attitude. They refused to give me a refund and the glasses were so bad. They say that they have 100% money back gurantee, while they do not make refunds. Do not go to this place and I advise every single one to go somewhere else, but not this place.

This particular location in Tarpon is nothing short of amazing. I have been with Optical Outlets for more years than I can remember. I used to just go to the closer location to my home until we visited the Tarpon location about 5 or so years ago. We now just go only to Tarpon, even though we moved & have 1 office down the street. We prefer to them because you cant beat the customer service. The staff is amazing. They always go out of their way to help. Especially Andrea! Do not do business with this company! This is the most unprofessional and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. On 7/11/19 I had my initial experience with this company. I had my eye exam (Excellent doctor. The only positive of this place.) I sat down with the representative to order contacts. I bought 2 different boxes of contacts. The representative ran my insurance and I had my yearly $150 I could apply towards the purchase of contacts. When she gave me my out of pocket cost difference I told her that amount didn’t make sense (simple math). She continuously interrupted me and wouldn’t let me speak and she just kept saying “it’s correct. That’s what the computer is saying.” I reluctantly paid, got my receipt, and she assured me twice I would get a phone call when my contacts were delivered - about 1 week. I went out to my car and called my insurance company and explained the situation. My insurance representative explained she could see the purchase I just made and that I still had a balance left on my yearly contact allowance. I advised her of the brands and types of my contact purchase and she stated there was no exemption to those types and they were both covered under my allowance. I went back into the store and explained to the same original representative what my insurance company said. After some time at her computer she realized her mistake (if only she had listened to me in the first place). No apologies whatsoever. I received a credit to my credit card and was on my way. After 3 weeks of no phone calls about my contacts coming in, I called them and was advised they had been at the store for two weeks. On 5/29/20 I went in to purchase a box of contacts. I paid and was told delivery could be expected in 5-7 days and I would receive a phone call when they come in. However with Covid I realized there could be a delay and I was completely fine with that. Over time I forgot about the purchase with everything going on in the world. I recently remembered about the purchase and as of this morning had not received any calls about my purchase coming in. I went to the website and tracked my order and it said my purchase was delivered to my home about 6/20/20. That was a lie. I went to the store today and picked-up my contacts without issue. This company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. It’s not difficult to notify a client when a purchase comes in. I will never deal with this company again.

On 2/10/20 I went in for an eye exam which was fine. I wanted to use my same glasses for my new script but was told since I didn’t have a spare pair they couldn’t do it. So I had to order a new pair which was not a problem. I had single line bifocals and other options for my new glasses. They were to be finished in 7-10 days, a month later after Not Hearing from Optical Outlet I called... they were in! I went to pick them up and they were just handed to me without being properly fitted to my face. I have to now make another trip to have them fitted. It appears that the staff needs to be trained on proper customer service, and how to measure glasses to fit the customers face...Everyone is Different
BEST Experience getting my glasses ever!! The place is gleaming a maculate and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable yet they come across as hometown friendly. The Doctor 🙀I forgot his name, so sorry, was great! He made me feel comfortable and you could tell he was really listening so for the 1st time ever I was comfortable enough to tell a Dr. exactly what I was having trouble with and now I can see great!! The manager there is fantastic! I broke my glasses that I purchased before co vid and they are no longer being made so nickelyn suggested a two- tone pair That I was a little on the fence about but I really needed glasses. So I purchased them. Im blown away at the amount of compliments I get on them every day!I cant wait to wear the glitter sunglasses you pointed out as soon is this mask nonsense is over thank you so much! Their appointments run on time which means I got to work on time my glasses arrived when they should and all 3 zones on my progressives are absolutely perfect! Their appointment run on time which means I got to work on time! I was told about a few other options for my glasses but there was no hard pressure to buy anything. it was a great overall experience!
My family and I come here every year for our annual exams and they never disappoint! We went in just over a week ago and already received our new glasses!! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! My husbands vision insurance changed this year and they were very thorough in explaining our co pays and coverages. We’ll always choose optical outlets for our eyewear needs!
I have been going here for a few years now. Always had a good experience until recently. After an issue with getting my frames adjusted, and the woman ordering new ones without taking my name & giving me the ones off the shelf. I finally got it corrected after coming in to get the ones ordered but never were.I then go to make an appointment for my child. I gave them my insurance card (that they take, btw), and having to almost argue over it. The gentlemen than announced loudly that they don’t take medicade. Which, it isn’t, but I don’t find that ok to do in a place full of people. I don’t understand why he felt the need to do this.I won’t be coming back at this point.***update***Was 2 stars, moved to 4.I did keep my son’s appointment after talking with the manager over what happened. Everything went fine this time.My biggest concern was the announcing of insurance. It should only be between the worker & the person. I did not call the district manager (reply to me) as I felt the manager listened to what I said, and I believe appropriate steps were taken.His glasses came in 2 days, I was impressed by how quickly we got them!

I saw Dr. Birnbaum today. My kids saw her a few months ago. She is just so nice. She listens and takes her time. I dont feel rushed at all. My kids love her too. My whole family has been going there for years. The staff is very helpful. Pleasant and clean atmosphere too. Big selection of frames to pick from. Andrea helped me out today and she was great. She read me chart from the past and knew exactly what kind of frames I needed. She even got me extras that I didnt know that my insurance would cover. I definitely would recommend this office.
Optical Octlet Tarlon Springs ROCK..They are the BEST..We have been going there for 7yrs. I have a set of twin boys 8yrs old and boy will be boys. We have picked up our glasses and 2hrs later have had to return because they have broken them..Optical Outlet will try and fix them BUT an only if they cant be fixed do they have to order new pair BUT usually the can be fix.Thank You Optical Outlet you guys are AWESOMED!!!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Birnbaum performed my exam and was extremely pleasant and professional. I will definitely be returning next year to see them.
Christina Moore was exceptional helping me with contact lenses and new glasses. She went over and beyond her duties to help me. She spent several hours with me to make sure I was comfortable even after the store closed she stayed to accommodate us. We are very appreciative and would recommend Optical Outlets and Christina again.

Incredibly poor service and even worse eyeglass selection. Went in to select frames, was hollered to across the room do you have an appointment, then ignored for the next 10 minutes. When I finally got the attention of one of the salespersons, I could barely get my question out before she rushed away saying she had to take care of answering the phone. Hollered an answer to my question about frames over her shoulder while walking away. Needless to say it was my turn to walk away, which I did. BTW, there were very, very few frames to choose from on the wall. Youll get a better selection almost anywhere else in the area.
I have been taking my daughter there for years. I’m very happy with the service we receive. Andrea has been there many years and is very nice and helpful. It’s good to see a familiar face whenever we go.

Went in Saturday for our whole family of 4. Worst, most unprofessional experience Ive ever had at ANY kind of Dr. The new manager forgot to talk to the Dr. about the contact lens fitting, mind you this was after they screwed up our prescription information on 4 different occasions. When we were checking out and expressed our dissatisfaction said manager was rude and unapologetic. Not a big surprise however if you look at the comments below, they only respond to the favorable reviews. You would be better off going LITERALLY anywhere else.

Good selection of glasses that wont break the bank since I am one who likes a lot of colors and character in my gasses!Nicholyn was top notch! She learned who I was very quickly and worked with me and my crazy search for fun glasses as well as trying to help me get used to my first pair of progressives.... no easy task. She made me feel comfortable and saw to it I was happy and satisfied! AND I walked out for about $700 cheaper than I ever have at an eye center with just as many fun glasses! Win Win Win! I moved to Palm Harbor from California in October 2018. I have had to find all new medical, dental and vision providers. I had the luck to find Optical Outlets on 19 in Tarpon Springs. I have a Medicare HMO insurance and I needed to use a provider who accepted it. I was able to get an appointment the next day with Dr.Birnbaum. The office was organized, very clean and professional. I was impressed by Dr. Birnbaums knowledge and ability to recommend a contact lens that suited me much better than my current one. The staff was also very knowledgeable and found a rebate I could use on my new lenses. This was tremendously helpful as I am retired. I have been going to eye doctors for 60 years so I know a quality experience when I see one. I highly recommend this office.
EVERY time I need something from this particular store they are very accommodating, from the optometrist to the sales personnel to the the assistant at the desk. I have had my eye exams and purchased my glasses exclusively from Tarpon Optical Outlets for several years and have been treated with respect and courtesy EVERY time, whether it is for an exam and purchase of 2 pairs of glasses or a minor adjustment to the frames I already own. Please dont change anything about this store-it is already the best in town (and I have tried many).

Ive been a returning customer for several years now and have never had any complains. The staff is very professional and the store is well organized and neat. Glasses are less expensive than in other stores and the frame collections they carry is huge. I highly recommend this store to anybody as I always had a pleasant experience and left with reasonably priced quality glasses.

If I could give this establishment NO STARS I would! Lets just say they lack professionalism, good communication, and customer service! My teens received an eye exam on 01/18/2020 and proceeded to order their new glasses at the time of visit, however, there were some concerns I had with the co-pays which was different than what was on their insurance cards. I originally proposed I pay for everything then and should there be any difference after the fact, it be refunded. However, it was agreed that they would proceed with the order anyways (WITHOUT payment) and I would get a call after 01/20/2020 (MLK Day) with the final numbers … glasses arriving within 5-7 business days. Needless to say, it is 01/23/2020 and NO CALL! I contacted them earlier today around 9amish to follow-up and was told the person who would be able to assist me was not there; and, that another associate would call me within the hour to discuss things further. Fast forward 6 HOURS/4pmsh, and I (YET AGAIN) had to initiate another phone call - FYI: BOTH CALLS WENT TO A CALL-CENTER, WHO WERE ACTING AS THE MIDDLE MAN, SPEAKING ON MY BEHALF TO THE TARPON SPRINGS OFFICE STAFF. I, personally, did NOT speak to any knowledgeable about the situation! Nothing was resolved! In the end, I hung up the phone (while on a long hold) and decided to take their scripts elsewhere! Never again for my family!
My husband and I have been going there for years, on our insurance plan. Always very happy but this year they did something extraordinary! My insurance requires me to have an exam by a retina specialist since I had a detached retina some years ago. This year that specialist required me to go to THEIR eye doctor to get that referral and it was not Optical Outlets. That doctor came in an hour late to the office and was rumpled and hungover at best and after telling me my prescription changed, refused to refer me to the retina specialist. I took my NEW prescription to Optical Outlets and Andrea took care of me. I picked out two frames I liked and in a week they contacted me to come in and pick them up. To make a long story short, after taking them home and realizing I could not see well, I went back and Andrea checked the new prescription against my last one there and found that the new one was weaker than the old one and that was why I could not see with the new glasses. She set up an appt with Dr Birnbaum there who confirmed that the new prescription was wrong, She gave me my new correct prescription and they are correcting my lenses for me. I cannot say enough about this office. Both doctors are wonderful and Andrea and Danny epitomize customer service. You will be in good hands if you choose this office.

Very disappointed with Optical Outlets. Went to their Tarpon Springs location because they accept my VSP insurance. Called first and stated I was looking for another pair of my glasses, not looking for an eye exam (recently had an exam but did not have a copy of my Rx). When I arrived at the store I asked them to use my existing glasses to determine my prescription. I was told they could not do that and I needed to make an appointment for an eye exam. Next available appointment was 48 hours later. They provided me with misinformation about not being able to determine my prescription from an existing pair of glasses. Went to another optical store and they were able to determine my prescription from my existing glasses. I got a $600 pair of glasses for $148 with my VSP insurance.

The staff was outstanding especially Dan. It is so difficult to decide on lenses and he was my eyes to decide what looked nice. The optometrist Dr Birnbaum was very professional and engaging. Would highly recommend for new glasses. Had a fantastic price, also.

Went in to get an eye exam and new glasses. When I sat down with the young girl there and saw my new RX, I expressed my concern on the major change in my RX, she told me it was cause I was getting older, even though I knew better than that. I told her there was no way my RX changed that much in a year. Well.... Come to find out.... I was right! When I picked up my new glasses, everything was blurry. The Dr that did the exam, didnt do it properly. So I had to go back in a week later and get another exam with a different Dr. And when I had my second exam, the girl that told me it was my age, stuck to her story when I told her she should have listened to me when I told her the RX was wrong! Now Ive had wait another week to find out if the new RX is going to be correct. They didnt do anything to compensate me for this disaster, just gave me a new exam. Smh And even after the second exam, the RX still wasnt correct. I will never have my eyes checked there ever again!
I had a wonderful experience with Maria she went over and beyond to help me pick out glasses. And you are very lucky to have her and she should get a promotion. It is really hard to find people that care. And I love her ring . 😄
I went in and asked if I could have ordinary sunglasses turned into prescription eyeglasses. A woman there told me that not only could they not do it, but that noone would be able to get this done for me. I went home and decided to start calling glasses shops just out of curiosity. The very first office I contacted said that they would be able to get me exactly what I wanted.Moral of the story:This companys employees outright lie to their employees.

My appointment was for 2:45 and was advised to arrive 15 minutes early, I did not see the doctor until 3:30 and was advised the doctor was running behind. The doctor was very thorough and professional, Maria in the eyeglass center was. very knowledgable and professional as well as helpful and very personable. The overall experience was very good with the only negative aspect of being behind. I would return as repeat customer

This is a very busy place and the staff is amazing. It is very difficult to deal with so many people expecting super fast service like they are at a fast food drive through. I have been getting my glasses, my 2 kids glasses, my husbands glasses and even my 74 years old mother from optical outlet Tarpon for 5 years. Due to all kinds of insurance and rules it has been hard over the last 5 years getting all of our Glasses but the staff has always been kind and very helpful in navigating me through my Insurances when changes occurred. So even when rude self absorbed people come into the store they do their best to keep their composure ( I couldnt do their jobs some people are plan NASTY) The very 1st time I came to see the doctor I was a little put off he doesnt talk much but he ask the important question while checking your eyes he is all about getting the job done. And with that being said I have had 5 years of perfect glasses. Dont let the petty reviews from folk who were in a rush or mad that they expected more from their Insurance stop you from getting great care from a great staff. We went to Tarpon Springs location because store in Clearwater canceled our appointment. What a pleasant surprise! So much better than Clearwater store. Andrea treated us like family and the eye doctor took great care to make sure we had the right prescription. Also, got great glasses at a great price!
Dr. was very thorough. Staff was friendly, courtious, and helpful. Office was clean and well laid out. The selection of frames was very good. My glasses arrived quickly and were fitted perfectly.

The Optical Outlets in Tarpon Springs is consistently professional and helpful whether there for glasses adjustment, eye test or purchase. The service is always outstanding and every single employee is exemplary. I live in Clearwater Beach, and though there are closer branches, I drive to this particular branch because of people like their manager, Christina. I just purchased glasses, a perfect fit, but decided to try contacts as well after having not worn them for 30 years. The fitting of my new multifocal contacts was a success due to the hard and patient work of Susan and Andrea. I havent met another eye profesional with their expertise.
