Customer service is lacking in all aspects. To this day, I am still waiting to receive a sample postcard that was promised to me by my customer rep named Nick Krutko.I have had to fight to simply get what I was promised. First, he denied that he had promised the card even though I had requested in my order that I wanted a few sample cards so that I could see the quality of what was going to be mailed out.It took me calling and speaking to a manager to get some action. Funny thing, the manager did confirmed that I had requested a sample card. Why Nick was refusing to provide me the sample is beyond my comprehension .They did do the work and the mailing as promised but the customer service is not good! Hopefully, I’ll get the sample some time.
This company recently bought a long-time vendor of my employer called Resell Printing. Dealing with Sonic has been a nightmare. They will not answer the phone and only respond to email (intermittently). In April we placed 3 purchase orders for business cards. At that time we were informed that the company had sold and was now called Sonic. We were not sent new pricing or informed of a price increase. Sonic sent us a credit card authorization form which our Accounting department filled out and sent back at the same cost we had previously used with Resell Printing. The authorization form clearly had the amounts listed as did our purchase orders. Sonic did not charge the authorized amount, they charged a price that is nearly 3x higher than what we previously paid. They did not call our Purchasing team or Accounting team to inform us of the price change, they just went ahead and charged their ridiculously inflated price. Avoid this company. They have unscrupulous business practices.
Ive been using Sonic Printing for over 5 years and theyve always supplied me with a superior product. All my shipments have always arrived early and were better than promised. The quality of their products and service is A+!
Picked up business cards and brochures before our annual conference, they had competitive pricing, good service and can support complex cutting if you require it.
Didnt deliver. Didnt follow through on promises. Highly disappointed. I wouldnt post a review unless I gave them a chance to make it right. If theyll do that to a non-profit like mine theyll do it to you. Full review on Yelp.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I pay the $399 + plus tax for 5000 prints, and they were charging differently (based on 1000 prints). I later complain of how they charging differently, and they stated I paid for another service. I sent them the quote, and later fixed their mistakes. They did not even say sorry.They charged me for a design and would not release the design to me unless I paid additional money. If would been fine it they would of explain it in the beginning. They mislead people, and have very bad communications skills.Because of Nicholas Krutko and Zac Sitzberger, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
Why are you trying to bill my ad coop 18 months after a drop that was supposed to be paid in full before it was mailed.
