Owner has unrealistic expectations. Expects you to hold items you are selling while he mails you a deposit and gets city approval. When you sell to the first person that is ready to pay in full hes mad. We sold a tank before his deposit ever arrived and we promptly returned the check that came in 2 weeks after he left.
