Horrible experience with an online Big Lots mattress order that was over a month late and then cancelled by THEM. Went into this store recently and my wife and I found a memory foam mattress we both found comfortable. So we decided to order it online. The mattress was supposed to be delivered 7-9 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. We’ve received no update on when it will be delivered after several calls with customer service.Also, we ordered and made payment for a king mattress and were later informed they only had California Kings available, which are ideally suited for tall people. They offered a discount and I agreed on the California King. I just called for another update on delivery and customer service hung up on me.Update: After several calls with customer service, they eventually promised a discount for the inconvenience and promised the order could be delivered several weeks later. So we waited another month, and then they cancelled the order. And crazily, we see they’re still selling the Broyhill by Sealy mattress online.Don’t buy anything from Big Lots that you can’t physically walk out of the store with or you could end up wasting a lot of your time and spending a couple weeks of discomfort in the process, like we are.In fairness to this Big Lots store, there are some good deals on non-perishable grocery items and the staff are friendly. Just purchase what you can walk out with yourself…

We originally came here to find a new sofa. Great deals and awesome staff working the furniture section! We purchased the warranty on the sofa due to past experiences so we wanted to have it just in case. Thankfully we had a warranty because within a week of having the couch we noticed the wooden frame part of the sofa had snapped. We called immediately to get it replaced. Unfortunately the sofa we purchased was not at this store so they had to get it delivered from another store. Weeks go by and we still hadnt heard anything about the replacement of our sofa. I just called the big lots and I was informed that the delivery driver has tried multiple times to reach out to me. Thinking it may have shown up as scam likely I back tracked my phone log only to find I was contacted ONCE on 2/4 by the delivery driver at 12pm. No other calls were made and not even a VOICEMAIL. 10 days later (2/14) is when I called to check the status of our sofa only to find out this mess. So here we are with a broken sofa for the past month and no communication. Great price on furniture, BUY THE WARRANTY, and stay on top of delivery or else youll end up like me.

Its easy to spend hours of the day and hundreds of dollars here! Every time I shop there! Im not even complaining LoL. I always find great things for my house.

The bathrooms here are absolutely disgusting and the signs are completely wrong. Sale signs in sections then when it rings up it isnt on sale ...absolutely nothing here is done correctly. I wish this would let me upload photos because the floors in the bathroom were BLACK

The store was clean and kept well. Stocked up, nice and helpful employees. Standard Big Lots store.

There is a large variety of different items at discount prices. During the holiday season they offer pretty good promotions. Recently if you were part their big lots program you received 20% off your total purchase. If you are doing a big shopping trip that discount can go far. They run that promo a few times a year (and yes it can go towards furniture). Always well stocked and clean.

Have some great prices on Christmas inflatables this year and other holiday gifts.

Big lots offers many many things at discounted low prices. It is loaded with home decor, seasonal items, gifts etc whatever you can think of the store probably has a little something for everyone. This particular location is very well organized and clean and has a very large selection of items to purchase.

I worked there and they dont give their employees any hours unless you are their favorite. Tiffany the store manager needs to be fired cause she is very rude and disrespectful.. I wont recommend anyone working for them.

The store is good for discounted items. But always trying to figure out prices. half of the stuff never has tags and give up on the bigger and bigger getting furniture area stay with the odd ball candies and gadgets.

I went in for a simple kitchen item but was surprised how sparse the shelves were in that section. I havent been in the store for quite some time. It seemed a bit rough. Reasonable prices if you find something you need.

I visited this location today and Cameron assisted me. He is absolutely stellar at his job! Not only was he patient with me but he was kind and diligent in assisting me by finding the particular items I was looking for. I am retired now; however, I worked in Corporate America many years and I would have been honored to have someone like him on one of my teams. Count your blessings Big Lots...you are lucky to have him!

Our go to store for basics and a treasure hunt. The people are helpful but not steady watching you like the neighborhood Staples next door, or the Walmart. Post sickness they are on top of cleaning and making sure all recommendations are exceeded.

Great customer service today by Derrick in the furniture department. He was a tremendous help and went way above his job description to ensure we were taken care of and got everything we needed. He was very busy with customers lined up waiting for him but he never once treated anyone with disrespect or made us feel rushed. Because of him, Im giving 5 stars. I have been to this location many times and never got the kind of customer service like I did today.

I LOVE Big Lots!! It seems that you can always get a great deal. They are always abundantly stocked so that one can buy several of a sale item. Sure, I have been there a few times without finding a great deal, but usually my basket is full. Excellent place to get a jump start on your Christmas shopping ... it will be here before you know it!

Big lots has a variety of good quality products. Theres always something new and they have products you cant find anywhere else. Great sales too.

Typical big lots store. Not the cleanest public bathroom but they do have one which is decent. Cashiers are very nice and staff is helpful. They have a cold section.

I really like shopping at big lots the only problem I have is the furniture Ive bought doesnt last long the recliners I purchased the cloth material was dry rotted and began fallen apart. I then went on to purchase a black colored sleigh bed only for the side boards to connect the head and foot boards together only to have the bed frame thrown out bc the bed frame couldnt be fixed. I now buy other things but will not buy bedding or furniture from big lots now.

In the market for a new patio umbrella-. Found one 6x9, it should do nicely over the table for some evening cookouts by the pool or for a relaxing breakfast with hubby.

Brian beall was so helpful he took the time to help me find what I needed. He didnt point to an aisle, he showed me. The cashiers had smiles and remembered me from a previous shopping trip. The manager did not look friendly I didnt like the connection between him and the staff. The store could use a little more organization.

Storage clean on your own through find something that catches your eye and you purchase it is worth it mother pricing is changed and got a little higher but in the long run lot of items are cheap for then your other big box stores

Prices are no longer a discount here things are less expensive at Walmart or Sams Club the store is neat and clean but is no longer the bargain place it used to be wont be coming back

Hit or miss, when looking for things. But you seem to find unusual items other stores dont have. If you go often you can tell when they have hudge discount items. Ive gotten coffee for a buck. Yeah, i bought all of them, lol

Bought some plate settings and when I opened the box they were all busted. I was able to take back to store and get it exchanged for another set. Not happy to do that but glad the next set wasnt broken.

A lot of confusion after I paid in full they insisted I did not pay. Finally the manager called the main office and verified I was paid.

Its an ok store. Various quality but I think for what selection they have prices could be better. The selection does change often but most items are low to medium quality. It could be a lot cleaner than it is.

They used to carry car care products, but in the last year they have nearly nothing. This location seems to have become a grocery store for nearly out of date goods. Great if thats what youre looking for!
