The team is always there ready to help. One of my favorite people there actually help me find what I was looking for and I got it at such a great value. Im so glad theyre so nearby they are truly customer-driven and they carry unique products that other Big Chain stores do not.

Truly the place with the helpful hardware man! The employees here are so very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service in every dept. Great selection of hard-to-find items. I never have any issues at checkout using the corporate coupons & rewards I receive in the mail or the phone app.

I have to say everyone was really nice but frank is amazing!! Me and my husband weren’t sure about the size screws we needed for a tv stand and frank was so helpful and patient! He even told us to call him at the store if we had problems at home! Definitely some amazing customer skills will be back !!

Brought in a screen slider door to be rescreened and have the rollers replaced. Was informed they do not have the needed rollers available and could not repair. I complained because the slider is now useless to me because the old roller were removed. FRANK, my contact, said he would try to source out the needed replacements. Nearly 2 weeks passed and my confidence was low until I received a call from Frank stating that the slider is repaired at no charge for the rollers, just the rescreening. I live in Tarpon Springs, closer to Home Depot and Lowes however I try to shop at Ace. Slider installed, works great. Thanks Frank for going the extra mile and the great service.

Although its a small store and the amount of merchandise is smaller than Home Depot or a Lowes, Ace hardware is your friendly hardware store where the employees are eager to help you. You dont have to hunt an employee down like the big stores. These employees greet you at the door and offer their help. Always leave with that just borrowed my neighbors tool kind of feeling.

One of the best hardware stores Ive ever been to my entire life. The customer service staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always find what Im looking for within a few minutes. You might pay $0.50 to a dollar more for an item compared to Walmart but theyre well stock shelves and excellent customer service more than makes up the small difference in price. Support local small businesses everyday.

Now THIS is a hardware store! They are very well staffed with knowledgeable folks and they stock some of the oddest things that make it fun (at a hardware store?!) to shop here....We moved to Tarpon from MN late last year and I was really happy to discover such a great store in this community. My only complaint is the checkouts are often backed up. I guess thats to be expected when you have a popular store.

As a resident of Tarpon Springs 40+ years I went to return something I picked up in my travels to visit family in Tampa and was treated so poorly by your staff...their employee tags saying Maria and Grace. Frankly I was shocked! Firstly, to be told the $5 product I was returning was not and Ace Hardware Product when I clearly had an Ace Hardware receipt! WOW! I was completely taken aback by these two women and who did they think they were treating so poorly? Shame on you both! I have been a loyal customer for years...no more!

I have just learned a very important lesson, I have always felt that Ace Hardware was kind of a limited place for a hardware store. Boy was I wrong, not only was the staff way above any other box store that I have been to the prices were great and they have a surprisingly better selection than I would have thought. I highly suggest that you go to Vision Ace Hardware for all your household needs.

Vision Ace is Great. Mark the manager took his time to explain to me about Electric and Gas grills. I had no idea. I have not owned a grill in many years. Patrick the man who delivered the grill went above and beyond the call of duty! This store is great, and the first one I go to as a homeowner. Great service, and great prices! Based upon the hard to find individual items quickly available/convenient an EXCELLENT RESOURCE. With diligent searches; you can find what you need there!!! NOT so much the pricing on some items ... such as the stainless hardware nor the overpriced tools. Suggest shopping elsewhere for tools, boat items or some of those other normally available items at other locations. GREAT renovation except ... why did not they change out the filthy A/C registers-diffusers? ALWAYS pleasant staff and quick enough check outs ... at most times.

The staff was very friendly and so helpful that they relentlessly searched through the store just to find a drill adapter I was looking for.

They dont carry what their website says, they dont know their own products and I sat there 20 minutes to get waited on with may 10 customers in the store, definitely would not go there again or recommend.

I love this place. Ive never walked in without being greeted, and someone asking me if they can help. Prices are comparable with big box, and service is much better.

Being a local I try to support this place even though the prices are consistently 20% higher. BUT today when I returned their chlorine tank for exchange I pointed to the hole that was in one of the containers I got from them. The manager BUD would not accept their container ( which was obviously at the end of its lifespan) and told me I would have to buy one..yet they dont sell new ones? I can pick from the their used ones???

I broke two pipes in my bathroom and was not wanting to call a plumber, yet I knew little about plumbing. Matt O at Ace looked at the photo of my damage and he drew out an image for what I needed to do for a fix. He wasn’t satisfied with my comprehension and made sure I understood how to fix the pipes. Thanks to Matt’s help, my plumbing issues were fixed within hours. This is just one of many examples of how Vision Ace is truly the helpful hardware place.The popcorn is nice too 😊

Great customer service! I came in this morning for help on a faucet handle. Matt took the time to remove the internal components, which took a lot of work. He then helped me find the right screw to take place of the former, got home and installed it without any problems. Thank you Matt!!
