First time ever in this store. We just gutted our master bath and now looking for the perfect lighting. Overwhelming of lights. Was surprised that some light bulbs were out and the other lights were on. Beautiful hanging lights and vanity lights. I also was not greeted for 30 minutes but I did not mind. I like to be left alone while shopping. They really have everything you can imagine. Sinks, lights, shower heads toilets ect

I think that a customer should be acknowledged after he has stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one made any effort to make eye contact or to say hello. After another 5 minutes I left and went to Lowes. Mission accomplished.

Visited on Saturday May 26th. Was never greeted or asked if we needed help. I guess both Kara Hayslip and Jennifer Nailos where just to busy. Especially since we where the only people in the store or maybe we just where not good enough to be customers.

Its a plumbing supply house that charges every person that walks thru the doors a different price. The sales guys on the counter blame it on the computer system.
