Excellent experience. Very honest reasonable rates. had nothing but issues with my new scooter since i bought from tropical scooters --- DONT buy from them. Jetspeed was able to finally fix the nightmare tropical caused and fixed all the issues. Very personable and had scooter back in a couple hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your needs. I wish I would have bought from them. WOuld have saved much money and aggravation!

Very nice guy, but he has had my scooter for over a month and all I asked was for him to diagnose the problem. He has not answered his phone or called me back with any update. I am furious with the treatment I have received.
