I had a wonderful experience at Tarrytown Honda. I went a few dealers in regards to trading in my leased vehicle. Lets just say that the offers were ridiculous. You would have thought you were paying for a Mercedes Benz or BMW the prices I was given. When you know deep down you can get a better deal, do not sign anything. Do not let anyone talk you into anything that you do not feel is a good deal to begin with. And when you hear, youll get a reduction on your insurance because of the safety features, come back with, yeah, that may be so, but that does not mean a reduction on the monthly payments so no. Theres always a better deal somewhere else. I had to cross state lines to do so. The sales Rep Louis, was nothing short of phenomenal. He was awesome. He was very helpful. Very personable. Helped set up the insurance aspect and made sure it was exact. Very detailed. Very friendly environment. I had a really good feeling the second I stepped inside. Thank you very much for all of your help!

Got a nice car there. HOWEVER, the car has a broken mirror they didn’t even know. We noticed it while test drive. So they offered to order the parts and mail it to us. We really loved the car and agreed. ALSO, we live in PA, the tax rate in philly is 8% and 6% for the rest of the state. We live in the 6% area. They changed us 8% and told us they do this just in case and will reimburse the extra they took after filing the expense. AND NOW IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS. WE RECEIVED NOTHING. NO PARTS, NO MONEY!!! I have been calling them tons of times, the receptionist connected me to the manager or the salesperson and it went to voicemail and nobody ever returned my messages for 99% of the times. The only two times someone picked up the phone, first time they told me we should just wait, second time they said they didn’t order the parts yet and they were gonna do it now. When I wanted to discuss the 2% tax issue they hung up. And that was 5 months after we purchased the car. Last week I got mad so the receptionist took my name and number and said one of the managers would call me. Two days later, I asked the receptionist to do this again. Still, nobody called. So now they owe me around $900-$1000 bucks. I don’t know if I ever gonna get it back. If you can find a perfect car, take it. Don’t leave any issue behind. Nobody gonna help you after you leave the store.

Went to buy a CRV 2018. Met a salesperson name Rafeal.. He was demanding from the onset which resulting in us walking away. He wanted to see our ID’s before even showing the car. And Wanting us to fill credit applications w/o even going through the numbers. Pushing lot of things trying to get things done pretty fast. And when things didn’t go the way he wanted he became quite agitated and started acting in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way.We came to the Honda Dealer in white plains after that and they treated us very well. Got a CRV 2018 and left.

Left with a brand new 2021 accord sport that had a visible scratch on the front grille. Louis and sales rep Chris were accommodating and offered to replace the scratched grille since it wasn’t able to be buffed out. I was very happy that they were going to take care of this and have the car good as new. They were helpful and made sure I left satisfied!

Went for an oil change on 7/31/2021 and a routine check up. On the next day the tpms light turned on, meaning they didn’t check tires pressure. However, they did offer to charge for a tire rotation. Just hoping they did change the oil. Will have to bring to another shop to verify oil and filter.

If I could give no stars I would!I have been without my car for close to 4 months now. Had an issue with a part that was recalled and needed several tests to figure out what was really wrong. I was left without a loaner car- and wasnt even offered one. The first loaner car they gave me came with absolutely NO GAS and the second one needed an oil change, that has still hast happened. I have called they over and over and given no customer service, promises of calls back and follow up with nothing. The person that was in charge of my account left the company and no one followed up, I had to call to find out. I have received 4 calls stating that my car would be ready on such and such day- and still no car! I didnt mind waiting for the car to be fixed but I didnt expect to be treated so poorly. I am still paying for the car also, Honda has taken money for a car that I dont even have!

Yesterday, I had come 3 hours out to take a look at a Honda I had eyed the day prior, and brought my mom and her husband with me. From the moment we arrived, to the very moment I left (with a purchased vehicle), I was pleased. Bought 3 cars from this dealership... had no issues with the times brought in for service either until now!!! Poor interaction... they lost my key fab and gave me the run around why they couldn’t find it.. had my accord for a emergency issue but was never addressed. I did all the follow ups,not them!!! Had my car sitting there for days with no positive interaction with it to get it fixed!!! So aggravated! Felt used and lied too!!! 3 days gone by and still no headway... very dissatisfied with service, the service manager who was making a joke about the lost key! And no headway with 2 other service people I was on hold for 20-30 minutes and never came back on!!! This was one of the worst service appointments ever.... just putting it out there! 3 cars and I get this? Not professional at all!👎

Consider shopping elsewhere. I bought a car from there 20 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Yesterday, I had an awful customer service experience that was beyond them not having the specific car that we wanted available as they had stated on the phone. I was told over the phone that the car was available but we would need to come in person for any specials or deals, and let them know as advised when I was coming 20-30 minutes out. I went to the dealership to test drive the car and was told that it was sold after we watched a manager talk the saleswoman into dealing with us. Then we proceeded to waited for it to be driven out. We were unable to test drive another model as it was in our other lot. The saleswoman had an indifferent style and was disrespectful in her approach with me and my son. I wrote to share the experience with the company rather than post publicly so the next potential customer wouldnt be treated the same. They dont have the car I want, so I had no other intention. I was called back and given excuses rather than apologies. I bought my car somewhere else online and suggest you consider the same.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change when I asked when my car would be ready I was told “Oh it’s going in now”, I lost my kool at that point as this was my second time having a bad experience with this service department. The dealership is where I brought the car so I made the mistake of thinking they would provide me good car service. That has not been the case.I will not make a third mistake by taking my car back to Tarrytown Honda. I shopped around and went to different Honda dealers as you should, but the amount of pressure you get from salesman to buy is annoying. When they see their deal is a no go for the customer they toss you quick. My review contains two parts: the sales part and the servicing part.I would give the sales a 3 or 4 star rating. They were a bit slow, but the sales consultant I worked with was friendly to me. Additionally, I was able to buy my car successfully. My favorite part about them is that they dont try and hit you with a ton of extra fees that other dealerships tend to add on.I would give the servicing center a 1 star. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to change a tire. I think thats enough said.

Doesnt sell, cuts thru bs and works with you to get the deal you are looking for. Very patient and easy going. Nosh was good as well, explained all the financial processes with patience. The sales team was honest and direct. The finance department if you can call it that needs training in how to conduct customer service and not take every question as a personal attack. If Im spending my hard earned money Im entitled to a few questions I believe. Later upon taking delivery of the car I noticed there was a dent by the rear which I told my salesperson about and we both were not aware of. She said they will take care of it..and she will reach out. I will keep you guys posted on what happens.

We went to several tri-state dealerships but walked away empty handed and disappointed. Our Sales Consultant Chris P. was excellent! Hes professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Heres the story - we booked appointment, car was ready on time, it was prepped and we did test drive. Chris P. gave us all the details about used car and what followed was a quick straightforward no-nonsense negotiations. Daniel made deal to buy car gave deposit and scheduled next-day pickup. All in all about 2 hours in the dealership, the majority of the time Daniel test driving and inspecting the car. The next day, car was ready on time, we inspected the car again, gave the check and wrapped up the deal in 25 minutes! Daniel drove home happy.

The salesperson we worked with for my daughters automotive selection was very pleasant. He had issues finding the keys to the car my daughter wanted to read drive but I think that is more an issue with the last person who had the keys rather than the salesperson. At the end, my daughter purchased the car so all went well.
