Poor communication. Emailed 7 times and I waited over a month for updates on my order and nothing ever came to fruition. The lady (Donna) would only respond when I would call. Mentioned she “dropped the ball” on my order when I called. She let both me and my team down. Had to find a new embroiderer and luckily I did! I called another company and dropped of my order the next day - how business should be done!

These guys rock...while their prices are really good, its the folks behind the counter who understand and are helpful (and insightful) in a manner you just dont find many places. We continue to highly recommend Donna and her crew whenever possible
