A great midsize grocery store, clean, good prices, some aisles are packed others are not. The produce is good but not great, the employees were nice especially Antonio . They do sell hot food

This is the worst supermarket in the area. They are always out of so many basic items like pasta, rice etc. The managers say its because of the pandemic but somehow this doesnt seem to affect the other local supermarket chains. The inventory problem is unique to this particular store or the chain.

Clean store. Shelves stocked pretty well. Prices are shockingly high for no reason. Dbl the Midwest prices. With several major ports nearby rail, easy access no idea why except its a nicer area and they figure why not they can afford it.

I never in my life thought I would be leaving a review at stop & shop, but this particular stop & shop is really THAT BAD. The milk goes bad quicker than any other place I’ve shopped. The fruit is actually old and tastes off.The packaged fruit is just as bad. They always are running out of things. There are about 2 workers there that are polite everyone else is rude, doesn’t smile, doesn’t say hi how are you or have a nice day I mean BASIC THINGS in customer service. The bagels are always hard after ONE day. I’ve been buying stop and shop bagels at different locations for years and there always fresh for at least a few days, for some reason this particular place they are not. This is the dirtiest store I’ve ever walked into. I was 9 months pregnant about to pop and the workers actually sat back and watched me drag out two carts to my car.. offering NO HELP. Nobody helps bags your groceries… you get attitude if you ask. I’ve only ever shopped at stop & shop and now I really am over it, and need to go someplace else.. which is really unfortunate because it’s the closest one to me. I’ve talked with local friends and family and they all say the same thing and suggest I go to a Trader Joe’s.

Two days in a row I have needed to return meet because it is nasty and smelly. I bought chicken from two different companies and both are rank. Check you fridges and freezers please. Wasting my time daily doing back and forth trips.

Its a great place to shop they are well. The prices are great love the store

Huge store and decent selection of obscure items but prpduce is okay. Lots of greens and herbs are in bad shape. Frozen section is huge and dairy as well.

This is an excellent supermarket. It is spacious and extremely clean. The customer service is outstanding. I had to come in for a few things and was directed very quickly to where I would need to go and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Customer service was very helpful. My cashier was kind and courteous. The bakery person help me find the special bread that I liked and someone helped me find raisins. I found the shelves to be well stocked. Their flower shop is terrific. The place was not overcrowded and check out was a breeze. Who could ask for anything more? I highly recommend the supermarket. Parking outside is terrific and easy access to the building. People who live near Tarrytown road I highly recommend using this supermarket. I noticed a lot in the short time I was there but you can trust that I was very observant. Nice atmosphere.

This Stop & Shop is more expensive than the ones I usually go to. But they had a great sale and it was easy to find what I was looking for. Early in the morning there are only a couple cashiers and two self checkouts open. One of the latter had an issue, which made the checkout process longer. This store was clean and bright. The produce section looked fresh and inviting.

This stop and shop is organized and there is rarely a line to wait on. They are always fully stocked. Best stop and shop around

Stopped here for grocery shopping and impressed with the stock. well maintained and very clean. employees were very helpful and friendly. overall enjoyed my shopping here.

This is a big stop and shop. Its always very clean and well laid out. Some of the staff dont speak great English so have had some hard times getting help.But other than that great place to do shopping.

This is my go to Stop&Shop. It’s always clean. It has plenty of parking and it’s not usually crowded. It’s in a very convenient location. They also have very clean restrooms. I’ve only ever run into one rude staff member, the rest are helpful and friendly.Their lil roving robot is a plus for the kids . 🤣

Large, modern and clean supermarket. Good mix of products, including organic foods. Also has a good selection of beer...LOL

This is a very good grocery store. Location is very convenient. Products are fresh and well arranged. Very easy shopping grocery store. I find everything I need to buy. So, I prefer to go this shop only.

What a wonderful store. This is the gym in the center of Westchester county. This is very large stop & shop that has numerous items that you can find in other stores the staff is so friendly and when I asked if an item was missing if they could check in the back the gentleman promptly went into the back of the store and came back later with two bags of what I was looking for not long lines prices are a little higher than ShopRite but well worth it

Staff seems neglectful. Some stock staff were not wearing masks over nose. Staff did not remind patrons to cover faces with masks. At the deli I placed an order expecting fresh cut meat. When I returned five minute later the counter person handed me a package of meat that had been cut two days ago. Makes you wonder what else the staff is neglecting.Im not going back.

Poor quality & selection in produce department. Why would you put fresh herbs & mushrooms on a shelf which gets watered? If you’re going to audit scanner shoppers have the common courtesy to put on gloves before you go rummaging through bags. Not planning on returning anytime soon.

They always have new things to try. Todays shopping trip was a bit uncomfortable. Too many people in the store. Rare chances to social distance. But everyone wearing masks, though.

A bit pricey but every once and a while they have good sales. The produce department has a very poor selection and lots of things in general that I usually but are out of stock. I live super close, otherwise Id just shop at whole foods. Like the rewards program but its pretty ambiguous as to when points expire

Very clean place everything well organized. The only Issue was the guy at the customer service desk. You can tell he was having a bad day or something. It made me feel like I was a bother. Please supervise your staff. Not everyone is up to deal with customers

I like this location unfortunately its a little out of my way.

Manager has no personality, and is rude. He acts like hes doing you a favor if you ask him a question. And those are his good attributes.

Of all the stop and shops this one is kept pretty clean. They remodeled and the place looks pretty good. They have some decent people working there, so if you do need help they are pretty helpful. Stop and shop does have a huge selection and variety of goods and products. Of all the supermarkets in the area, it is among the better ones. I would recommend shopping here if you live in the area.

Heard about Dana from from friend. Great recommendation! Had hair and lash lift/tint services, 2 separate appointments.Hair: cut and colorEye lash lift and tinted. Had lash extensions done elsewhere and didnt like the extension option so opted for lift/tint.Salon itself is nice and clean. Would come again.

I hate the new layout. Wondering around in the store trying to find things is annoying. I like to be in and out especially now with the pandemic. I rather go to other stores in which I know where things are.

Great place to shop for groceries that is always stocked fairly well. Customer service is excellent from past experiences and department heads are always attentive. I like the fact that stop and shop has automated checkout lines with scanner price guns for self bagging

One of my favorite grocery stores. Well organized, wide aisles, well stocked and a great variety of products in all departments. The store is very clean and employees very helpful. Plenty of free parking.

No one was patrolling how many people in the store, or reminding people they need to follow the arrows..it was a free for all today..people with masks off talking on phones going wrong ways in aisles..Noone was cleaning anything and the shelves were bare. Im shocked this WAS my favorite Stop and Shop. There are simple rules to follow..but if they are not enforced theres nothing to follow!

They are fairly stocked. A little more expensive than other closer stores but they usually have what you are looking for.

Really big store. On the expensive side. Huge parking lot. Big plus, has a Tesla Supercharger at the end of of the parking lot.Great for Tesla car owners, your car can get fully charged while you are shopping. Usually the shopping takes longer so you will need to move your car away from the Supercharger when Charging is done to be nice to other Tesla owners that want to charge and to avoid Tesla for charging you for parking if the Supercharger is busy.

Gene/Jean behind the deli is my hero. I go there all the time any because its convenient, but when I asked for something special, his co-worker hesitated, but Jean just decided to make it work for me. The store wasnt busy at that time so it was not an inconvenience for him and him going out of his way to give me what I wanted really left me with a good taste. It makes me want to spend my money there. They also tend to hire adults with special needs which also warms my heart. The flowers are also always beautiful. But Jean triggered my need to post this. I love great customer service.

The store is clean, well lit, well stocked, fresh produce, not open in the night.Ample parking and in a good location in Tarrytown.Prices feel a lot like NYC prices, despite the distance from the city.I asked an employee for the location of items I was looking to purchase and she was very helpful and precise.

Great staff. they are very helpful and the store overall is in good condition and have a lot of variety. The staff is friendly and they do have great conversations. They make you feel like you are at home and the coffee lounge area is amazing. The hot bar especially is great. They make variety of things like chicken wing/strips, french fries, pasta and have different soups everyday.

Clean location reasonably priced and well stocked considering 😷

Good store with large selection and competitive prices. Great sales you should look out for. Can save a lot of money. I do a lot of bargain shopping there. Be ready to be in line for checkout. With that said i normally dont have to wait long for self checkout with a few items. Descent selection of produce but i recommend across the street for produce.

This store is always well stocked and organized. The have a decent size organic section. Fruits and veggies are always really fresh. Employees are really helpful. This is by far one of my favorite supermarkets.

The grocery store is OK but the recycling room is DISGUSTING. The floor is BROWN and there were ANTS on the floor. At one point an ant crawled onto my LEG.UPDATE: I went recently again to the bottle return center and it was OK. It was still a little dirty, but something else was wrong. The employee taking care of the bottle return machines was very RUDE. We were trying to ask them to fix the machine and he held up his hand to us and continued to mumble nonsense.

Store was clean, well stocked,very orderly, in and out in no time.

Nice store and great customer service. Dana is one of the best they have there! Shes very attentive to customers and is always pleasant and ready to help and/or answer questions. There is a closer store to me but I go here because of the variety of items they have, spacious isles and great staff!

Always nearby and go get something and those savings are good as we also help them to donate to schools nearby and sponsor some of the activities, its a way to go help and shop and bring the local community in always !!!

I like Stop & Shop very well they have great produce and they have a nice area for nogenmod products. And they have daily fresh cold cuts. You can ask any of the work is there if somethings not where you can find it there more than helpful are exceptional good Cuts you can tell the meters just superb I would like to see more fish but thats just me Im a pescatarian but over and all that give it a high rating
