This place is horrible, for a balance less than 30 dollars they will harrass you!!! Come knock on your door and make a scene infront of your neighbors. The assistant manager whoever he is need to relax, it’s life things happen people might run a few days late. save yourself sometimes and money don’t rent anything from there, your much better off renting elsewhere maybe Aaron furniture.

Good place to get emergency appliances if one your home dies suddenly

This is a great store and theyll match any price from a competitor such as Aarons. Ive been purchasing items here for the past 4 years and I highly recommend them.

If i could give this place no stars i would. The manager George is a personal credit card thief who steals from your card without your permission when you’re not on automatic enrollment. You’re harassed daily by phone calls multiple times a day the day before your payment is due, on the day of payment, and any day you’re late. Corporate will be notified of the unprofessionalism of these slimey people that work here and what they do to people. DONT RENT HERE. Go to SEARS OUTLET if you need to rent to own anything!!! Better quality and waaaaay cheaper, and no harassment or stealing from you without your permission. They are the epitome of disgusting theives. Lets also add that they have their own employees giving them reviews. Ridiculous

Good service adam is awesome and greg monica isnt the nicest at tjmes and can work on her people skills more they made me wait till 530 on a saturday to saybmy products on the road and then hung up abbruptly. And its almost 7 pm now and no delievery i feel like the said it to get me off the phone and force me to wait till monday since theyre closed on sundays but theyre liable now saying it was on route during business hours and will be held responsible if it happens that way because thays a profession buisness lying and being lazy i will get compensated if this hapoens and i dont recieve it tonight

Called to ask about renting some electronics, short-term. First they had me on a partyline with some rude people yelling over me, then I get someone who spoke so ghetto that I couldnt understand them. I asked my question and was placed on hold for a very long time only to have the rep come back and say hello, hello, HELLLLOOOOO!!!! and then hang up as though they couldnt hear me.

Never late on payments but if you are expect 10 to 20 calls in a day..but when something i purchased needed to be fixed managers make you wait weeks..joke
