It was a quick and easy drive up order!

The pickup was fast however, only one of the three items was correct. As I have been having trouble finding the canning jars, I was happy to get any, and at least I could finish canning the batch I had on the ready with the one correct Quart case. We went back the next day to get more of the correct size, I am so happy that you are carrying the canning supplies as food prices are rising and who knows what is in the future.

The last time I visited Target (last week) I was standing in line with my daughter who was purchasing some books and an employee by the name of Jesse was close by and introduced us to the Target App with its 15% off books. She noticed it was taking a while to upload so she came over and offered to take us at a closed register to help my daughter and checked us out with the same discount as the app!! Employees go above and beyond for the customers!!

The kid was great and fast knew whst he was doing when he cashed me out you need more people like that and get rid of your self checkout it suxks. We want real cashiers like him we can talk to .

It has a wide range of products in most departments. The major exception - and why they only got 3 stars - is in plus size. Their selection is pitiful and they ESPECIALLY need plus size things with different lengths - i.e., pants with a short inseam.. And a nice selection of plus-size Ts in pretty colors would be great!

I always have a great experience here. I have shopped in-store as well as shopped via pick-up and delivery. All the staff I have personally dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Target also has one of the best vegan selections.

Did you know that you could be a target card holder since 2015 and have the red card debit and the red card credit and have the app on your phone and not have shopped for 6 months and they will just shut your cards off both of them because you did not shop in their store during a pandemic for 6 months filled shut it off so you can start brand new Nope no longer shopping at target!!! And by the way it has nothing to do with the pandemic they do that to everybody all the time if you dont shop at target for 6 months they will just shut it off and then you will have to start all over again no thanks

Target has a good variety of everything from household items, kids apparel to groceries. Everything is reasonably priced. I love that I can place orders online and can either pick them up in store or drive up (the geofencing is awesome...the associates can see when Im on my way and have my order ready by the time I pull up to the drive up area).

I wanted to bake a cake and Samuel was very helpful on helping me find a good flavor for my cake. He suggested Chocolate and he was very polite. Will definitely come here again.

It is in a good location. Decent product. Not so much for mens clothing, though. The grocery section is good and the pharmacy has switched over to CVS. Self checkout is key.

Simple to order online, get the message it was ready and picked it up. A fine of example of KISS or Keep It Simple Stupid. Could not be simpler. So leave it alone. So dont fix what aint broken.

You have great quality in your clothing line for the entire family. Target has their own grocery store. The hair and nail department is the best. Customer service is superb there at my East Taunton, MA store and the people are friendly. We have more than enough cleaning supplies for the carriages/free masks.

The cashier that helped me check out was very friendly, kind, and considerate! When checking out at a store nowadays, the cashiers are usually in their own world, not paying attention to the customer at all. This person that helped me today was the best, she deserves a raise!

Very well kept store with friendly employees. The different areas are stocked nicely and they have plenty of selection. The lines can get long in the afternoon but it always seems like their team can handle the crowds with Efficiency and kindness. They also hold some very unique items that are worth searching out. The workers here always seem willing to lend a hand to help you find whatever. Overall a very great Target store!

Stopped off here to grab some supplies as we continued on our roadtrip. Concealed cat under my coat as pets are not allowed. As I stepped through the door I was immediately tailed by two store detectives. Whether they knew I had the cat or thought I was stealing I couldnt say. On my way out the staff tried to sell me a broken lamp. I ended up leaving with $350 worth of broken merchandise. Wide aisles and high ceilings.

The item I was looking for had limited quantities available at the stores in may area. I called the taunton location and spoke with Anthony Herrera and he said it looks like we some available let me double check. On the phone he brought me to the asile and he did find what I was looking for and also the exact quantity that I needed. I couldnt thank him enough and his response was it makes me happy helping customer and thats what I love to do. You have a wonderful employee at the taunton location and I hope this letter finds him well.

Ive always had good interactions with the employees as they are very helpful. I ordered online for the first time the other day and the transaction went smoothly. Initially I was supposed to pick up my item the next day but I received a text within the hour after processing my transaction online and it said I could come and pick up my items now so I was able to go to the store and get my purchase relatively quickly.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly,the girls at Starbucks make my coffee perfectly and they are so nice and friendly as well! Im very happy to have this store only 15-20 minutes away from me!

My experience here at this location has always been pleasant. The children clothes are excellent from my toddlers all the way up. Almost any and everything that I needed for my children I have found here. From formula to clothing or shoes. never really had a problem finding anyting in this location and the customer service is always wonderful. Thanks

They never have a lot of things in stock. Also they like to sell a lot of expired food. Buyer beware check expiration dates most likely you are picking up something expired or about to expire the next day.

Placed an order for same day delivery and got some green, moldy, fuzzy cheese. I was SHOCKED.

All of the cost-savings labor reduction, without the automation!Ive been going to this store since it opened. As of the past year, theyve begun cutting their overhead substantially, without any real investments in automation. For instance, the front end of the store still only has 4 self-assist units, but theyve only staffed 2 to 4 employees to run the registers and monitor the self-assist stations. What does this mean? Excessively long lines and no real meaningful space to queue up. Youre virtually backing into the womens clothing and accessories departments. Need help finding something while in the aisles? Good luck finding a human who can help you. On average theres about 4 to 5 employees actively stocking shelves or performing returns put-away in the entirety of the store at any given time.Whoever is championing the overhead savings their store has (likely the store/regional management team) clearly doesnt see how this is effecting their bottom-line, SALES. If youre going to start cutting from your overhead, make sure you have the automation implements (online stock availability and on-site location guidance - Home Depot, price check stations, line management - ropes and pillars, online ordering and curbside pick-up, automated stock monitoring systems, etc.). Their costs are higher than their direct competition (WalMart), theyre already doing these things, and better. Do yourself a favor and driver a litter further up the road to WalMart, youll get in and out faster, and youll pay less.

These two young sales girls were INCREDIBLE they helped me find my homecoming outfit NOT ONLY did they find me an outfit that i feel AMAZING in they helped me accessorize. They were so warm and welcoming and so driven to find me what I needed. Also the cashier was SUPER nice and friendly and was also very outgoing.The all around atmosphere was amazing all around i give this target a 10 out of 10 and defiantly will be attending agian in the future.Thank you again for helping me find the perfect outfit for homecoming

I called in to get a toy on hold the employee was super nice to put it on hold considering the holidays, as for the other Targets wouldn’t hold any toys. I also had assistance from a gentleman when I got there, dropped what he was doing to help me find another toy I needed.

I Love shopping at Target! They have the cutest stuff, everything you need in one place, and the atmosphere is better than others!

I visited the store last night with a special request. The young lady at the service desk and in the stationary department helped me with courteous and professional demeanor. They took as much time as needed to guide me to a satisfactory solution. Happy holiday to them and all your staff.

I’m baffled at how this place has so many positive reviews. It consistently lacks in the grocery department. Get your act together. Completely despicable and never any employees around to help. I don’t understand why Braintree gets such a good Target but a major city like Taunton gets the shaft. This shouldn’t just be chalked up to one dissatisfied customer review. Where is the pride in actually helping people and stocking what’s needed?

I’ve always enjoyed this Target location. If you combine the cartwheel deals that you find in the app then you can usually get some decent prices. Target has always been a slightly classier Walmart imo and this store is just that. Classier Walmart.

Since the remodel this place has looked like a dump. Shelves are never stocked. No wonder why amazon is thriving.

In my cartwheel app as well as signs in the aisle, it stated you would get a $5 giftcard if you purchase $25 of health care items. Well I did do that and did not receive a $5 giftcard. Also, when I went over to customer service to find out about this, there was one person in line who was being helped while the manager stood there and didnt help. After 15 minutes of this I just left. I was also going to inquire why the coupon attached to an item I purchased was expired. You should take off expired coupons on items on the shelf. Poor customer service and poor store placement.

I couldn´t find any of my favorite great value walmart brand item kinda mad.

Customer service. I was hung up on by 2 “ managers “ this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never shop target again. I did same day pick up because I needed the item today and by the time I arrived at the store they said they were out of the item and it would be shipped to the store but there was 6 on the shelf.... horrible customer service you get treated like garbage and nothing gets resolved. Ive only had one problem with target.it happened yesterday.when I went to use my target red card I was told there was a world wide problem using my red target card.this is just a LITTLE EMBARASSING. problem they. SAID couldnt be used.said they would hild my purchase forb25 hours while they fix the glich.hope its fixed this morning.as I am leaving plymouthbtofay and my stuff is in Kingston.pls fix this sobi can pick up my 100,dollar purchase!!! Target is always near by. They sell stylish clothes. The quality isnt the best but the cost is low enough to get away with wearing them o ly one season.

Disapointed with lack of clothes for plus-sized people! they cater to a young age group. i was pleasantly surprised in the food section. they have some decent prices and a few things i dont usually see. the beauty section is very good. our cashier was moving in sloooow motion. i thought she was on drugs!

Stocked often and plenty of items. But rated lower because every time I go the bathrooms have poor cleanliness.

I was doing some late Christmas shopping with my family the other day, and I called my mother who was shopping with me to meet up with us so we can finish up and leave. Keep in mind i am a advid target buyer and my family frequently spends at target. I was leaning up against a empty shelf on the wall (it a sturdy and secure shelf) to my surprise I was unhappily greated by a target “employee” who gave me a dirty look and a atidude and flailed her arms at me. She then said “get up” and I said oh sorry. Then she said in the rudest way possible “you obviously know you can’t lean there” and rolled her eyes. And when I got up she whispered something else behind my back. I am sick of “employees” being down right dirty when I did nothing wrong. Keep in mind I’m 17 and I don’t act or behave like a child. But yet I come to a store to and get treated like a misbehaved teenager. Absolutely disgusting treatment
