Girls behind the counter are always friendly.. guys on the floor are ALWAYS helpful.. went in for mikes harder cranberry and the guy went in the back and grabbed what he had back there when he saw me looking and it wasnt in the cooler.. didnt even have to ask.. they always have what Im looking for or can get it

Young lady at the register wasnt very pleasant, as a matter of fact, she doesnt ooen her mouth ti say hello or thank you. I continue to patronize this establishment, but, will quickly exit stage left if shes there. A friendly smile goes a long way.

Well, where to began? I’ve been going ther for years, the most recent ownership really changed the atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great attitudes and friendly, they make all customers feel like family. If you haven’t been there I suggest taking the trip to check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Did I mention the owners and staff are awesome and friendly? 5 stars!!!

Always open until 11 p.m. they have a great selection of beer, liquor, mixes, and lots of munchies. I personally believe that their scratch tickets are lucky. Just because every time I got a scratch ticket which isnt often I never win! However when I go to Regals and end up leaving with a scratch ticket I almost always win. Definitely a good store

This place has a great selection of a variety of beer, wine & hard liquor. Also sells MA State Lottery, cigarettes & has an ATM. The line moved fast for me on a Friday night & the woman working the register was very helpful! Usually I dont go here after dark but, I didnt see the usual group of people just hanging outside, which was a good thing! Compared to other liquor stores in the area this is 1 of the larger 1s & its 1 of the few that stays open late, has a good selection & prices about the same as the others located near the center of the city. Overall when Im in that neck of the woods & need to stock up on wine its a good choice!

Nice selection of liquors at a decent price. The good scotch resides in a case, but is a good range of single malts and at competitive prices. Place was clean and easy to find what you are looking for. Will go back.

Regal Liquors had an ad on Facebook which showed a rare bourbon I was interested in. My wife and I went to the store, where there was only one remaining in the display case. We asked the worker if he had any others, he indicated he did, but they were downstairs and couldn’t be retrieved for at least another hour. I asked the worker if there was anything he could do since we drove over 40 minutes, the answer was no.I’ve never encountered a business that wouldn’t take my money. One bottle per person seemed reasonable; my apologies to anyone after us that wasn’t able to purchase a bottle because they couldn’t make the short trek downstairs to retrieve more. I was hoping for friendly and helpful service, which is not what I got. First and last time there.

This place is one of the stores that has been open for years.they have a large selection of alcohol.they also have soda and candy and every day things you would find in a convient store.its generally a busy place but you can be in and out in no time .the people that work here are nice.

It is very convenient and since the new owners took over the food is up to date and fresh. They have good prices on their beer and other spirits. They open early and close late.

What can i say? Prices are middle of the road but the place is open late which is awesome..Local hoodie kinda spot by the looks of the deals going down in the parking lot but the store itself is clean and a decent enough selection.Bottom shelf to Knob Creek just dont go there shopping top shelf scotch its not their thing.Also...they have some groceries which is nice.

There are new owners. They have brought in all new stock and everything is clean. They have a good stock of beer and wine and liquor
