CHECK WHAT YOU BUY. Bought a $450 purchase here on Friday. When we got home and opened the box, not only was the device inside the wrong one, but it didn’t come with any of the equipment it was supposed to. The guy who sold it to us was super nice, so we understood the mistake and came back the next day to return it. However, the guy working Saturday was incredibly rude and unprofessional. You’d think for screwing up a $450 item they’d be a bit more empathetic in getting me my money back, but instead I got someone who I would have cussed out if I wasn’t waiting on my money back.

Today was the first time coming to Vape City and I have to say, it was clean good music in the background and the guy that worked there was also very nice as well. I purchased a Vape Mod and the juice as well. For the price I bought it for I hope its worth it, but I wont complain. 5 🌟 for you guys.

The guy in the shop is not very knowledgeable about the products that he’s selling or just flat out LIED about what he sold me to make a higher sale. The one he sold me was EVERYTHING he said it wouldn’t be and NOTHING like what I wanted!!!! Ended up having to buy the cheaper vape that I was looking at before. Will be sticking with Wicked Vape from now on!

Great staff. Matt Leblanc (store manager) is extremely knowledgeable equally in all products. I purchase CBD for medical purposes and he goes above and beyond to keep me informed and directed toward latest products and their applications.

$24 for 100ml clearance bottle of juice with no posted prices. If Id known that was the clearance price, I could have picked out a flavour I actually liked from the shelves behind the counter- there were lots of options similar for the same price that werent on clearance at all. I feel horrible, the clearance prices used to be $10 for whatever was in the bin, so Id just deal with whatever I ended up with, but at least I was happy about the price.

I stopped in here to replace lost juul because previous experience was helpful. Not this time around. Young kids 19 or 20 hanging here loud rap music. I had to scream over it to tell the young.clerk what I was looking for. Two young wanna be punks saw.me making my way to the other counter and I had to excuse.myself as they could not move?? Really??? Will never return.

Service was awful an hour before close, seems like the place turns into a personal hang out later in the day. The kid who was checking me out seemed more interested in bragging to his friend over the phone about the money he was making in sales that day then answering my questions. These guys might be professional Vapers but thats where the professionalism ends

I was taught a very basic crash course in vaping which was nice since I was new . Left feeling good about my $150 purchase only to get home and google the items to find I spent more than double (almost triple)what I should have.If you know what you want buy it online and save your hard earned money!!!

It is a solid shop, but the service is terrible. GO TO VAPEOLOGy in taunton...its better there. Basically, ive spent prob 2 or 3 grand in that place...one day a kid meets me at the door....tells me to get lost, his manager claims i STOLE a small item of little value..which only the clerk can get for you. Behind counter. I know i didnt steal anything. Not to mention,e how many yimes i had to rebuy products because hey wouldnt wprk. Bt Bt cant return the stuff. I was nervous to challenege it then because i was so confused and embarrassed. All my reward points.....gone jst go somewherr els. The hours are great herem but they dont label any prices, they dont REALLY know any questios either

Did even ask and stuck his mouth right on my vape!!! This just happened. Read the reviews this kinda stuff seems to be a common issue .Was recommended a tank that has had many many issues in the first week. I was told this was a newer, good tank and it was good for the first three days till the issues started . if you are offered the Triton V2 pass ... Saw me coming a mile away as Im new to this. Ive gone in several times for help and all Ive done is waste time and juice. No exchange policy means Im stuck with a bunk tank . not coming here again . gave then a chance to keep my businesses because I live right now the street.

Literally the only vape shop I will ever go to. Theyre always helpful and laid back. Super friendly and honest. They have good prices and are willing to always cut you a deal. They have everything from vape mods, to rolling papers to glass to juice. Really a great place to go for anything vape related.

So Ive been coming g here for all my smoking needs and I understand they have changed over onwers .. And since then iv had nothing but bad experiences I used to go every weekend ....now once a month .... 6 months ago I bought a smok 225w mag kit for 79 bucks came with charged batteries and everything.... i walk in today to get another because of how much I loved it and the price was at 109.99.. Are u crazy? U can get one online for 59 bucks.... Im not trying to be mean but Ive had enough with the changes bring back the old crew and vibe man.... Not these kids hanging out in a vape shop

I love this place. The people there are chill, the service is excellent, and you can tell they care about their customers. The bongs are sick, they will beat any price and they got the newest stuff when it comes out. They even started building coils for their vape customers and they make some of the craziest stuff Ive seen.I chill there all the time because they got vape testing, and I test their juice all day. Theres no rush, and they answer any question you got. Its just a straight up good vibe in there.

Great selection of vape and smoke shop stuff.The only downside is having to fight for attention to ask questions but thats because they are usually packed with customers so i cant really fault them for being busy

Really great customer service and experience unfortunately being strangled into higher prices, draconian policies and selling fake items, by the owner of the chain of stores. Compared to other stores you might not find a better experience, but you may end up paying for it through extra cost and potential for clones.

This Vape Shop has it all and then some... Their selection of vaping mods, tanks, eliquids is huge and there is a wide variety of other smoke products also. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

The people that work here are the nicest people .i remember when this place first opened.they had a few odds and ends for vapors and they have grown this store into the biggest vape shop i haver ever seen.they have every mod you can imagine.

Ive gone to multiple Vape/Smoke shops, no other places can come close to this one the prices are really good and they have a massive selection the staff there are really helpful and knowledgeable...well worth talking the time to go there.

This place is my all time favorite place to spend my time at, and i go to alot of smoke shops so for this to win a favorite title is like they are makin things happen there. With a super vast knowledge of everything amazing in smoke from bowls, pipes to ecigz to vapes and hookahs hookahs and more they know whats up.

Everytime Ive been here they have exactly what I need, and its cheaper than their competition. Add in the great staff and its a perfect place.

They sell fake/unauthorized/copied products. Check your serial codes or authentication codes from the boxes to the manufacturer website and you will see. I did and one of my codes had been entered 741 times...yet I just scratched it off??? So I decided to check some of my other products that I got from there and sure enough they were fake too. BUYER BEWARE!!!
