I actually would give this store location zero stars they have one associate that has absolutely no communication skills I was buying a few things my total came out to almost $60 my card wasn’t going through so I had asked the lady working to get the next customer we weren’t leaving and that I would go in line again to get my stuff paid for so I can go on about my day she had her manager come up and finally helped the next customers like I had asked to be done so I could wait for the line to go down the lady then tries to grab my bags of stuff that aren’t payed for that I had planned on buying and made me come out of my character I go there almost all the time and have never had an experience this bad I won’t be going there again.

Great prices but the store is a little crammed in my opinion. Also it seems as if they never have a friendly person working and Ive even had a worker talking about how the customer was using food stamps and how the employee wished she could have food stamps. The customer looked totally embarrassed.

Less than a hundred yards from me. Previously complained in a review about a particular employee. Moot point now.Overall, its okay: its a discount store. Prices are good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some stocking and selection issues, but its a discount store, not a big deal, really - staff will help youIts convenient and inexpensive and a neighborhood store. I give it four stars because they could be a tad better, but overall, a good choice for budgets.

The store is all redone over it looks beautiful, much more organized ! Friendly very helpful cashier, manager. Shopping was a breeze! Quick and convenient spot.

Good quick stop before getting home

The store clerk was obnoxious and rude beyond believe. My sister asked to use the bathroom and the store clerk refused understandably due to covid but then she sneezed and the worker then assumed she peed and put her on blast infront of everyone and shamed her for sneezing and said she gonna have to clean that which was nothing she was just being straight rude she didnt pee and who says that what kind of customerservice is that I will never shop there agin.

My first time at this particular Family Dollar and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The cashier greeted me enthusiastically, warmly, sincerely, and super friendly. Her name was Miranda or Melinda or something similar. The store is huge and very well laid out. The variety is great and the prices are amazing. The same cashier who greeted me, checked me out. So friendly, genuine, and courteous. This is customer service! This is how customer service should be!

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. The Spanish lady there is the sweetest most professional employee Ive ever met. Please give her a raise because she deserves it.

The store is itself is good. I shop here to pick up a few household things if I dont have time to make it to Wal Mart. The prices are decent in comparison to other stores downtown but I give three stars due to the fact that several times when I have been in this store some of the employees have major attitude problems. For instance I was walking down an aisle just to grab something real quick and a male employee was stocking something. I said excuse me and he starting huffing and mumbling to himself and slammed the items back in his cart and walked away. In general it seems the employees dont want to be bothered if you have a question or if they actually have to do their job.

I was shopping in this store and witnessed a horrendous display of customer service. I saw a cashier with reddish blonde hair I think I overheard her say her name was Amanda, call a woman a crackhead along with other swears. All the lady asked for was a bag for an item she just exchanged or returned ...unsure. I could not believe my eyes and ears. Another worker by the name of Lena from the name tag was being rude as well. What kind of place is this? Well maybe this is the reason the woman worker is working at Family Dollar and not anywhere professional.

My experience at this particular Family Dollar in Taunton was fair. Plenty of items to choose from, cashier was friendly and courteous.

This store in Taunton is pretty new and by far the best family dollar I have shopped at. The customer service needs some help but all retail stores need help with customer service always.
