Scheduled a covid vax and was told we don’t do them at this time by a rude pharmacist. If you don’t do them then you need to fix your scheduling program. Or get rid of the rude pharmacist
Been using this pharmacy for years and it is consistently the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacy staff are the worst no one ever answers the phone I was just on hold for over 45 minutes with never being answered. They take forever to refill prescriptions what used to take 45 minutes at most now takes until sometimes the following day to get a prescription filled if they even have it ready when they say they will (they wont). The only reason I still use this pharmacy is because its the closest one to my home so its convenient but if you dont have to have your prescriptions filled here then DO NOT! The staff are rude unprofessional not trained in any art of customer service or any pharmaceutical skills that would actually be of use even simple compassion is tossed to the side with the quality of employees working in the fly infested pharmacy.
Absolute worst pharmacy ever. They never know what the hell they are doing and lie right to your face. They never answer the phone. I’ve been in line while trying to get through on the phone and it doesn’t even ring. They don’t care at all. There are flies inside. Disgusting and useless employees.
I dont have any experience with this CVS, however I do know that a worker named Kaitlyn went above and beyond for me last night. I was stuck at my regular CVS for about 2 hours on Road Race weekend and the 1 pharmacist a who was new told me she couldnt fill my prescription because she didnt know how to wave it. Otherwise I would have to pay out of pocket. I called about 4 CVSs prior to reaching this CVS and Kaitlyn answered. Based off of the hours and me asking her, I knew she was about to leave for the night, yet she still walked the pharmacist through the steps of waiving a prescription in a computer when nobody else would. This girl deserves a medal. Incredibly sweet, kind, and especially patient!Thank you Kaitlyn!!!
Never send Your prescriptions to this CVS They neglect to fill And you will be waiting To get your daily meds past your time u need them.the people at the pharmacy are arrogant!!! If I could rate 0 I definitely would!!!
This place has the worst pharmacy crew ever. Very rude individuals. I put in a prescription to pick up. Got there the next morning to find out they didnt have it ready. I was told to check back in at 2pm or check if another pharmacy had this product. This product is to help my breathing since I have asthma really bad. It would have been very nice for someone to call and let me know. They need new staffing and new training.. Taking my business to a more professional CVS in Taunton..
My review was hidden, most likely flagged by the employee who was so awful to me and did not appreciate similar treatment. Sorry your feelings are hurt, here is a totally Google compliant list of my interactions with this cvs pharm tech, on 4/27. Small piece of info, this is over an allergy medication that cvs sells a 30day supply of in 5mg tabs for about $40, I had an rx for this medicine and a GoodRx code for a 90day supply for about $20. I was able to get my rx, but not at CVS.This employee:- Told me my medication was not being manufactured by anyone so she could not order it- Immediately contradicted herself by telling me my medicine was actually behind me on the shelves, cvs brand 40 bucks- Tried to convince me the reason they couldnt fill my script with that medication behind me on the shelves was because they were split into two 5mg doses you take in a 24hr period for all day allergy relief. It is still 10mg/day, whether you split that dose up into 1, 2, or 5mg tablets, it is still a total of 300mg of the active ingredient in a 30day supply. This math was beyond her, and she insulted my intelligence by trying to convince me this was somehow double the medicine.- Repeatedly brought up that I can just buy this medicine OTC... For $40 for one month supply. Yes, Im on a budget, thanks.- When Id finally had enough and told her Id take my business elsewhere she laughed and said okay- I asked for identifying info for a complaint, she said I wasnt getting that, that there was no manager available, and then yelled BYE at me like she was auditioning for mean girls and not at her place of work.There was a manager, and I was entitled to identifying information to complain about this person.Do not use this cvs pharmacy, others are fine, I got my covid vaccine at a cvs in another location, and everyone there was professional and kind. Its this particular pharmacy, and its not just this person, the actual pharmacist here was standing behind her ignoring her lying to me, being rude to me, and blatantly mocking my financial situation. Ive also had bad interactions with that pharmacist while picking up my parents prescriptions, which Ive asked them to fill from another pharmacy for safety at this point because you need to have more trust than this in the people who handle your medication. Absolutely disgusting.
They should get rid of the crew working at the pharmacy. Very bad. I went here once to get my meds filled and never ever will go back there. Glad I don’t go either, especially considering the very bad reviews they have received. Thought it was just me, but evidently it’s not. What a joke.
Been waiting on a prescription for an infection for 4 hours. Unreal when I called I waited on hold for 30 minutes. Will never go back.
Called them today i waited on the line for almost an hour someone at the pharmacy picked up and hung up on me i called the front desk very rude no help the people here are very rude everyone there should be fired from the manager to the pharmasist
Sat for an hour waiting for my minute clinic appointment. No one came out, no phone call, only a robot when I called, I went inside to ask and got told to wait in my car. CVS owes me money for wasting my time and making me miss another day of work.
Rude customer service, its Taunton no need to act so uppidity plus you work at CVS so come off the high horse alittle and treat people who come in here with respect cause Im sure youd want the same....
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Not of the cvs store. I think the store and workers are Great this is only ABOUT THE PHARMACY! This is one of the closest pharmacies to my home and it is Horrible!! I am done with convenience! Every time I go especially at night I’m treated horrible the people are so Rude and non helpful! Past 3 days I have been trying to get prescriptions and I still cannot get them! Every time I explain what I need and that I called them in days ago they just say oh or nope don’t have it! No explanation no help just rude faces and responses! Every month this happens to me and every one I know that goes to this location! I have been trying to be nice and think maybe they had a bad day but it is all of them and has been for years! If they don’t like there jobs why work there! Why would you let them keep tormenting and screwing customers! There are many pharmacies that I’ve been to and the employees are great but this one is by far the absolute worse!!! I go every month without something prescribed to me for days because of the treatment from them and it’s just horrible!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The pharmacy staff (including the blonde female pharmacist) were extremely rude. NOT worth the convenience of the 24 hr and drive thru. Trust me, find another pharmacy.
Not always the least expensive, but were paying for convenience. And theyre very convenient & dependable.
This used to be my go-to pharmacy for many years. Over the last two to three years Ive noticed a significant decline in the helpfulness of the pharmacy staff. Its to the point that I actually dread having to call because more often than not, the person I end up speaking with is impatient and rude.This is no longer the wonderful pharmacy I remember.

The manager Ryan Gomes, let me tell you about an adventure we once went on. Our fireteam once ventured deep into the bowels of the HellMouth and let me tell you he is the absolute worst with directions. He took us to the wrong lamp 4 different times, like who does that? So anyways we finally made it through the Lantern Maze and onto the bridge and let me tell you did we spend some time there because a certain someone could not follow directions. Enough about that though because were getting to the good part in the story where we fight the deathsinger and man could she yell while we were firing gally rockets at her but with some practice and good timing we finally got her down. Finally we were face to face with the big man himself, Crota. Im not saying we spent more hours fighting this guy than I care to admit but by the time we had finished I had grown a beard. Well that was an adventure, oh and the store is perfect 10/10 would shop here again.
The pharmacy technicians are beyond rude and even asked me to pick my purchase up off the counter and hold it for them to scan.. 2 different times!!! I was also picking scripts up at the time I guess they thought it was beneath them to ring up ONE item! Theyre rude even if I dont get merchandise too, they think theyre doctors!
