It’s been some years now but the new owner is very good. FYI They don’t take UPS packages anymore.
Absolutely fantastic I really appreciate Charlie’s help with a transaction that went sideways. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would their customer service is excellent!!!!!!!! Absolute life savers..
When a notary needed a notary public 😄 Parcel & Post provided the help needed.I had the pleasure to meet the owner [Mr.Charles] this week. He was very helpful, professional, honest, and easy going person. I definitely recommend his services. One of the best experience, Ive had with a vendor in a long time. I would not hesitate to come back here, when needed again. Thank you again.
Used their notary service a few months ago, excellent and very accommodating.
Great friendly service at very reasonable prices
The Best !
Paid $15 for priority tracking mail and 1 week later, package still not tracked or received. Called and was told it’s a postal service problem and not on their end. Crazy because I thought this was a postal service and The last place it was scanned or tracked was there. I won’t ever ship from here again.
Awesome experience!!! I needed a passport photo ( $2.00 cheaper than CVS), a notary and copies and mailed 1st class. All done timely and friendly. Yes it is more than the post office, but supporting a local small business!!!!! Will definitely be back.
Great mailboxes and easy to use friendly gave me everything I need
I asked if they had a notary. The guy in front said no. Then I seen a lady walking in the back with paperwork looking like a notary public.
Great service !! Aleays helpfull
They are always there when you need them. Notary services were super easy and convenient
I would give no stars! I went in to purchase stamps, I asked him if he sold stamps, yes. I asked for 2 books (40 stamps), he charged me $25.95. I asked how much stamps were now and he said not sure, I said .47 or .49 no but they are going up on Monday. How much are they, um he said. I paid and off I went. I thought as I pulled away that was high. I called Hannaford and they told me a book of 20 is $10! Thats .50 each! He charged me and extra $5.95 I called him and asked if there was a handling charge on stamps, um hum, he said. I said thats why you would tell me the price of the stamps! I told him I would never go there again. How shady not to tell a customer that theres a handling charge on stamps! I would have gone to Hannaford and for another $4.05 I would gotten 3 books! Nice customer service! 1st and last time there!
Owner just doesnt get it. I live less than 5 minutes away and he charges a fee to drop off a pre-paid package for UPS. All he does is store it and we as customers have to trust him. No receipt or record that we dropped it off, yeah I saw your excuse saying you dont have a UPS account but there are other ways to give a receipt, especially if you are charging a fee! I didnt have the $1 in cash on me and he refused to handle it, going as far as using the CC machine to charge $1.. Lost me for a customer and Im sure plenty others, I will buy my packing materials at other locations and havent been back since. Its a shame too because you are so close, I drive by many times a day. Stupid business decisions losing you plenty of business. You should learn how to treat your customers!
Under new ownership and the new owner is very nice and helpful unlike beforewould highly suggest going here now
Unhappy. The owner/gentleman was helpful enough, but did a poor job packing. I brought a 35lb TV in to get packing materials, specifically a box that would fit and be strong enough. I was given a good box, but while watching him pack (which I did not want him to do, I only wanted the materials) he was fairly careless, and left whole sides fo the TV not covered at all. When I asked if he could add a layer of bubble wrap under the exposed side, I got a nasty look before he laid another layer down. The Television also was being shipped with a couple stand pieces and a remote. I specifically requested care be taken with the stand, as it was fragile and has just been repaired. He placed it right on top of the TV inside the box, unwrapped and loose. He then proceeded to take the other two parts and pack them down BETWEEN the 35lb TV and the Box wall, where they would be subject to heavy impact during the entire shipping process. At the end of all of this, about a strip and a half of tape was put on one side (only one strip was placed across the bottom of the box). When I commented on the tape, I got another nasty look, and he proceeded to add some more, commenting that I shouldnt need any more tape.Mind you to start, he took a large CRT TV, and ROLLED it end over end to wrap it in the bubble wrap (only a layer and a half, even after I expressed high concern since walking in about the possibility of damage to the item). All of this would have been tolerable if not for what I was charged. I was charged $15.00 for the packing supplies, which is about what I expected, but I was also charged an additional $10 for PROFESSIONAL PACKING. My fiance was there with me the entire time, and was almost furious by the time we left, and we both quickly agreed that that was the WORST packing job we had ever seen someone do (and I ship a LOT of items), and he is supposed to a) know what hes doing, and b) CHARGING for a PROFESSIONAL service (without even notifying me of the charge).. when it was performed very poorly? I actually ended up un-taping, repacking and re-taping the box at home. $25 wasted.
Charges money for services he doesnt even provide. Needed receipt stating that the package was dropped off and no longer in my possession, and he couldnt produce anything. Kind of sketchy if you ask me!
