Went in to buy jewelry cleaner for my diamond rings and was presented with cleaner for platinum and fine gold. I asked if was also effective and safe for my diamonds, her reply Im not really sure, it should be. I appreciate the honesty,but how about finding out. I left with no solution for cleaning my rings.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I sent my necklace out to get repaired right before the holidays, the lady working with us said they would call to let us know it was ready, I never received a phone call. I had to call them to ask if my necklace was ready. I get to the store to pick it up, the necklace is the wrong length and the guy did not want to help us sort it out nor did he try and help us come up with a solution to the issue.

So beautiful I love my new necklace its beautiful it shines so nice and love you sweetheart. Thanks Kay for your patients with us.

Needed a ring repair in a hurry because of a vacation. Did a great repair ahead of estimate . Would recommend Kay Jewelers.

My bf got me a promise ring 2 years ago from here and EVERY single time I walk in to get it cleaned or inspected there has ALWAYS been an issue either with the ring or our account! Huge amounts of money are dumped out every single time. Just get the full insurance, the headaches down the line just arent worth it and are extremly expencive to maintain! I highly doubt id have the same issues at any other jewlery place honestly! Id never recommend this place to anyone after what we went through! 😡

I had doubts about finding a great ring or recieving the proper customer service needed at the mall. But thanks to Nicole Stephenson i walked out with the ring and understanding i needed.I wasnt rushedWasnt forced to buy the most expensiveIf anything i was the confusion lol... thanks again Nicole.My 9 yr old said it took awhile but it was worth itNow im not sure he said that because of the wopper jr she gave him or the ring i choose. Lol
