Bought GE LED light bulbs back in Feb/March 2015. Was told there was a back order for 2 weeks. Waited 1 month and i never heard from them so i called. I was told the manufacturer was extremely behind. Fine i thought due to the great deal on the bulbs it was semi understandable. Again another month goes by and i hear nothing. So I call again and was told the same there still waiting on the shipment. So now we are into July and I pretty much forgot about my order and I call them again and finally I was told that the program was no longer funded and a lot of orders were cancelled. I never received a call but was told I would be getting a refund check in the mail. This was 3 weeks ago. Still no check. I spoke with someone again and was told the check would be in the mail tomorrow and set out. BTW in case I forgot to mention my order was for almost $800 in which if I never pursued they would have probably pocketed it.
