SCAM ALERT: The definition of organized crime. A pretty lucrative unethical business you guys have schemed up. So heres how it works, business owner (The Lighting Gallery of Taunton) calls Harrys to tow out of lot (while closed mind you). Harrys swoops in and takes your car. Leaves you stranded miles away. Tells you they are closed, charging you storage fees on top of outrageous tow fee. Slap on an administrative fee and wala! We have a $200 expense! To top it all off, CASH ONLY. Hmmm no scam going here! @irs should take a closer look at these business practices. Id bet my house that TLGT and Harrys split the crooker profits. AVOID

The Lighting Gallery as a huge selection of traditional, contemporary, and one of a kind lighting options. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We are renovating our kitchen and needed to find all new lighting. We found just what we were looking for!! Very pleased with our experience.

Terrible service. We went in the store to look around and got some ideas but then ended up ordering lights through them over the phone. They never told us the lights couldnt be returned and wouldnt take them back when we decided they werent a good fit. Oh and this is the only store in MA where the owners feel they dont have to wear a mask.

We had an awful experience with the Lighting Gallery. They didnt have anything we liked in the store so they told us we could look online and order over the phone with them. We did this. They never told us it was a final sale and they dont take returns. When we tried to return the lights they were rude about it. We spent $500 on lights and they wont take any returns. Awful customer service!

Very friendly staff, and willing to help. They took their time to walk us through all the lighting selections. We will use again, however they are a little overpriced for what we’ve seen. They do have a good quality merchandise though. You get what you pay for.

I am so happy I went to The lighting Gallery of Taunton !!!!! I could not be any more overwhelmed knowing I had to pick out an entire house of lights. From the moment I walked in, Heather helped me with what I needed and could not have been more patient. My tasted in fixtures changed as I looked at all that was available. I loved the selections I made and I am sure I could not have done it without Heather!!!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!!

Store was clean and staff were helpful. Prices however were a bit higher than I was willing to go. Good option for those who aren’t on a budget.

The ownership has decided to charge a 5% tariff on already purchased stock, in anticipation of a tax on future purchases. This is completely unacceptable and fear mongering at its best!
