Process was great. The Sundeck on my 1998 Sea Ray was worse than the pic below. The supporting wood was rotting as well. Had quotes of over $1500 to do the work-turnkey. Archie quoted me 1/3 of that for the upholstery. The Sundeck is a complicated piece with 3 separate sections that had hidden staple tabs between each color and so the size had to be perfect to work. They (Maggie) did a fantastic job with the beat up piece of vinyl I sent her.Very, very happy with their, service level and the final product. Id use Copycat over again. If you are hand, willing to put in some of your own elbow grease, this is a rewarding way to save costs repairing your boat!!

Copycat was great, they did my M151 military jeep exactly as the originals .Now Im doing a CJ 1946 and Im going back to them for the seats .Very nice people .Ill recommend them anytime .5 Stars

Was very disappointed to hear the owner doesnt know how to sew. Sending my skins back to be remade for the third time. Archie let me design custom work to update my interior to look like a new style but then I found out the hard way they will sell you double stitched seams but they dont actually have the equipment to do it (double needles) so they just try real hard to get the lines parallel. Dont sell it if you cant deliver, man.. Then the second time the seams are sewn with colored thread in a white seam, so you can see the threads everywhere. Threads were so loose loops were standing up.. shouldnt the Quality Control be tighter on something you are redoing? I will update this review when I see my 3rd try on my seats.

Have not had my seats repaired yet by them but have an appointment set up and will give my review after its fixed.

Paid cash to have a top on my Chaparral done. Took them my boat to measure and left the old top and rails. Went to pick it up and not even Archie could get it to fit. Wrong everything terrible job. Ask for my money back and was told no bring it in we will just cut and add pieces to it to make it fit. Now Archie will not take my call. This is run by him who had no experience in this business I am told. He had new people working on the sewing machine that has little to no experience. I will see him in court and see how he explains the cash he put in his pocket. There are a lot of upholstery companies close by that do great work. Archie is not a honest man.

Bought an old pontoon and had it completed renovated by Archie and his team. They did a fantastic job going over and above to make everything perfect for us. They were a one stop shop and we are so pleased at the outcome.

I just grabbed my pontoon cover from copycat upholstery today. I am completely excited with the cover i bought from them! The cover is as impeccable as a production line cover yet improved with waterproof material. Turnaround was incredible, they pick up the telephone or get back to unfailingly. Whats more, the cost was reasonable! Extraordinary work!

Wow, were very impressed with Copycat customer service. We had an issue with the first set of covers we received. They didnt fit properly. When my husband called, he was told to immediately return the covers and provide some specific measurements. They turned around the replacement covers very quickly. The new ones fit and look great. On top of that, we just received a check to reimburse us for the shipping and inconvenience. I wish every company had this level of customer service!
