Some of the worst service I have ever experienced from anywhere. Having issues with phone service and the girl working the counter was half asleep and not wanting to do her job from the beginning. Walked out of there 100 percent unsatisfied and never going back to this location after the unprofessionalism from the staff.

I walked in and saw the woman behind the counter and the customer she was attending to not wearing a mask, not even distancing.the employee indicated she was the manager. If the company policy is states on the door that staff and customers must wear one for everyones safety why wasnt she following corporate rules! She began to mock how horrible it is to wear a mask and her ailments,without realizing every one has a story and she is putting customers at risk...... I would never go here again if customer safety is not a concern. I drove to Eustis location to get service and they were following corporate policies and cared about their customers health.

Folks, let the buyer beware!!! MetroPCS overall has the worst customer service of any wireless phone company. Their excuse? That since they have lower monthly fees they dont have to offer any customer service in general. So, what happens is these sattelite stores are making policy as they go along. There is nothing the consumer can do to protect itself. MetroPCS is based out of Dallas Texas and they do not care what these greedy self serving stores are doing as long as they turn a profit. Do not be fooled by them. They charge you a lower monthly fee but charge you more for crappy quality phones which have the crappiest reception anywhere and breakdown frequently forcing the coinsumer to continually and perpetually purchase their crappy merchandise. This is a major scam! I am forwarding this to the attorney general for further investigation.

Very very very bad customer service. Previously had gone to another Authorized dealer and got great service when buying a new phone and an activated sim card, the guy even threw in a hard cover case for Free, but when i went to this location to purchase a second phone, the woman charged me 15 bucks on an activation i had previously paid for in the other store, and guess what, to think that she would throw in a free case for buying a phone in its whole sales price, NOT! Instead she insisted in saying that nobody gives nothing for free, being totally roud. I will never go there again!
