They are being used in the City of St Pete Beach and they have given us one of the Shabbiest displays of holiday lighting I have ever seen.. The city is getting ripped off. Many of them have burnt out lights and are in such bad shape that it’s hard to tell what they are. The wrapped trees would look great if they were lit up but most of the lights on the trees aren’t lighting up the trunks.
