Grabbed a great soft serve treat with the family. There was a line but we got through pretty quickly. Reasonably priced and good window service.

Well,we had heard many good things about this place,so we finally tried it. We are NOT fond of the soft ice cream. The vanilla (my personal favorite flavor) states like cool whip. Just not for us,sorry.So,its not expensive and there many people there buying their tasty treats...so give it a try and make up your own mind.

The staff are very friendly and deal with both positive and negative comments daily and yet serve customers with a smile! You get generous helping of toppings. And they always have a long line and yet it goes quick. I LOVE the ice cream. And a big shout out to all the hard working girls, GREAT JOB!!!!

If Im desperate for ice cream, Ill stop by again. But, Ill continue to drive to the Ocoee Twistee Treat for my ice cream. At the Tavares location the vanilla ice cream tasted like buttermilk. The toppings were slim and disappointing. Nice staff and quick service

We were able to get a large order at a really great price; the whole order was made quickly without any issues. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a great location. Perfect for a mid-shopping snack break. The unique building caught my eye, but the food caught my heart. Well be coming back again soon.

With the most My Family and I, love and enjoy getting this ice cream, yet my last visit, the ice cream server (couldnt see her name) but she was very rude nor even gave me an opportunity to ask for nothing, closed the window right on our face😞😡 Didnt even gave extra napkins for the kids...Very unpleasant experience..Although ice cream was delicious anyhow!

Good place to stop for an ice cream treat. There was only one person inside to take orders, manage cash and fulfill the orders. The business really needs to have two people to manage the entire process.

After a most difficult work day, I decided to treat myself to an ice cream. Normally this Twistee Treat has good service and the people are polite. Today I waited at the window and no one came. I tapped on the glass and still no show. I looked in and could see the girl on her phone. She was paying no attention and continued to play on her phone. I knocked loudly. Finally got her attention. But she went to get the other girl. The excuse from the other girl was that the girl was new and did not know yet how to dispense ice cream. But she looked like she was well trained on her phone. They took my order which was a medium chocolate cone. The new girl came back with a baby cone. I said that is not a medium cone. She came back with one with a bit more ice cream. Both were very angry and said something under her breath which i could not hear and she wouldnt repeat it. Neither girl had a mask on. Now that I am going over this neither girl had gloves on and when the new one handed me my ice cream it wasnt even wrapped in a napkin as usually done. Hopefully I will not get sick. I think I must report this to the authorities.

She then told me its about to be 10pm and I have school at 5am so if you could please lose the attitude. As if I was the one being disrespectful. Left without ordering.

Went there with my fiancé and asked for a Med vanilla shake with hot fudge and butterscotch. Well I honestly have no idea what I got. Definitely wasn’t a shake since it came with no lid or a straw and was absolutely disappointed and disgusting! Before I could even say anything the lady closed the window in face. I will NEVER go back and I do not recommend to anyone.

My family went there tonight while visiting my husband’s hometown this memorial weekend and it made us extremely sick and my six year old has been up all night! Beware of this place not sure if it was expired products or potential host of mosquitoes creating a lack of cleanliness. Currently up at 3 am with my son who is still sick. Never again!

We enjoy getting ice cream from here with our kids. Theres a great selection of sweet treats at a great price. Would have given 5 stars, however, we went last night and my husbands strawberry vanilla swirl cone was already melting as they handed it out the window. It melted all over him and he ended up throwing away more than he ate. Couldnt figure out why it melted so fast when it was nighttime and not hot outside.

We heard great things about Tasty Freeze, went there tonight to try it out we were waiting on line there was a couple ahead of us getting their order and when we got up to place our order the customer said oh I think she is closing. She knocked on the window and said there is six people waiting here. The employee opened the window and said we close at 6, it was 6:03. No apologies or I’m sorry. This is just rude, thus the reason for the one star. I see there are numerous reviews about the same issues of employee rudeness. How sad! This will teach me to read the reviews. By the way the online hours said they were open until 9.

This is a family owned businesses they claimed so I couldnt use my frequent disobey points. The dishes are smaller than the company stores so the portions are smaller.
