Theyre service can not be beat. Michael and his staff, the office, and the high tech equipment are terrific. I had such a good experience that I wont go anywhere elseI highly recommend them. Its really great to be able to hear again!!!

My Mom purchased her hearing aids at Clarity about two years ago and has had repeated trouble with the product itself. Each time she has gone back to Clarity they have tried to fix the problems in house. The fix would last a week or two and Mom would be back at the store again and again. Most recently Clarity decided to send them back to the manufacturer at Mom’s insistence. Here is where they failed miserably. They did not ship the hearing aids via an overnight service nor did they give Mom a temporary pair to allow her to function while her set was out. In the morning of October 5th we checked status and were told they’d call back later that day with an update. They never called.Allowing a severely hearing impaired 87 year old widow to go without a hearing solution for over a week is unconscionable. Consumers should be treated better, particularly those that need certain equipment to function normally at home. I am completely DISGUSTED by their lack of compassion.Needless to say we are in the process of finding a new Audiologist to assist with our next hearing aid purchase.

My initial visit was amazing. Outstanding service and staff. Dr. Michael was very cool. The exam was as fun as it was thorough. Actually looking forward to my next visit.

My grandma loved experience here at clarity. The service was amazing. They offer a variety of snacks, coffee and other drinks. But the best part is that they are so passionate about their work and are so knowledgable of the product and the process of hearing again. She learned so much in the time she was there and she’s very excited to be apart of the clarity family.

My stepmother had never been able to hear out of one of her ears since a little girl and never told anyone. She struggled and worked hard with the perfect ear .Had a fantastic career in marketing. Finally after my pops said he was tired of hollering because he couldnt hear. The day I walked into Clarity I knew these were the providers I wanted to help me in my journey to hearing again. I was a previous user of hearing aids and I was let down by my audiologist (they had no idea what they were doing) so i was sceptical as anyone would be who had a previous bad experience. But clarity made it CLEAR that I was in the right place. Lily greeted me as soon as I walked in with a beautiful smile and max was very attentive with answering any questions that I had. I knew I needed hearing aids and I was tight on money. Clarity offers a variety of payment plans as well as an application for free hearing aids if you truly cant afford them. Michael has so much knowledge and is so compassionate about his patients and making sure they feel good and sound good which is the most important part. Thankyou so much clarity for allowing me to hear my grandkids again and truly live the rest of my life the best that I can. I cant thank you guys enough.

I had a very bad experience here, i felt like I was rushed through the process, the secretary Lisa already quoted me prices in the waiting room before I was even seen by the Doctor and tried to sell me hearing aids without even being tested, i am not familiar with the law in the state of Florida but something just didnt seem right so I left and found another provider in the Villages who was much more professional, i would be very cautious of this place as after this happened I spoke to a friend who said they also had a bad experience here as well.
