This new place I found in Tavares is great. They are very professional people and know what they are doing ( unlike other places). They dont give you the runaround on their work and their prices on their jobs are reasonable. They are mostly on time with their work being done when they say, which makes a huge difference. Had great experience buying a Grasshopper zero turn mower. Steve was very helpful and informative. He left out no detail in explaining the pros and cons of the various models. Excellent service! I’ve been going to them for several years. Steve had the parts on hand to do the annual service on my Troy Built self-propelled mower. He had the servicing completed when promised, and at a great price! It’s the only place I go for lawn mower service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I changed my rating from a one star review to five stars based on my experience from a return visit. but i swear, i just want to scream because we have had such a massive problem in communications. im a very specific person, and i ask specific questions, and i require specific answers. mpp on the other hand, doesnt provide exact answers, and i get a different answer from steve than from his assistant. for example, steve told me he had a lawn mower that was in good condition that he could sell me. when i asked about it, his secretary said they didnt have one, and she refers me to an alternate shop. then steve told me he looked at the spare, and it wasnt in good condition.heres another example: were suppose to pick up our merchandise within 4 days. my lawn mower is totaled (engine is frozen,) so i call the landfill, and they tell me to drain the oil before i bring it in. so i ask steve if he would drain the oil for me, if he has an oil drum, and he tells me that he can scrap my lawn mower. why didnt he tell me this in the first place ? why did i call the landfill ?i understand that theyre super busy, they are running a business, and that information isnt transmitted at peak efficiency. but understanding this and living with it are two completely different sides of the coin. the receptionist explained to me that there was a five dollar per day charge for equipment that is left at their shop - they dont want to be a storage unit for people to keep their stuff. but there are a half a dozen other questions that i wanted answers toand yes, when i find a lawn mower that is serviceable, the chances are good that i will ask them to service it

The owners would almost bend over backwards for you. They are so freindly and willing to please you, the first time. This is a family owned local place that we all should support to make this the most successful lawn mower shop and dealership around!

We’ve been using this shop for all our mower / lawn equipment needs for many years. Steve is very knowledgeable and always gives us excellent service and pricing. I really love that they have pick up and delivery service avaible for a fee . They send me an invoice right away (online ) once they know the cost which is helpful and avoids miscommunication . Very impressed with service we received. We have a 52 zero turn Ferris mower and had taken it in repeatedly to the mower shop in Umatilla for repairs for oil leaks. Each time it was in the shop this summer it was there for a minimum of three weeks. Multiple times it was returned to us saying that there was no more oil leak. Took it home, started to mow and oil leaking everywhere. A friend recommended Mower Parts Plus and we took it there and they fixed the problem the first time around for a fraction of the cost. Will be using their mechanic from now on.
