Dennis is great and Jim is a very nice guy. Amazing shop with a very knowledgeable staff. I was hesitant on taking my old parts that where messed up from another machine shop, they welcomed me in and advised me. I will be using them for further machine work.

Heaven forbid you ever have to call these guys to ask a question about one of their products. I bought one of their flywheels - it appears to be a perfectly fine product - It also appears that there is a possibility I didnt get the right one for my particular vehicle, but its hard to tell as the engine and transmission are not the originals to have come in the vehicle from the factory (Though they are the same exact type of components that would have been in that chassis/trim - this is not a swap to a newer or different set of components from a different chassis or even trim). When I called to ask a simple question about the differences between some of the flywheels available for the different model years of my vehicle to try and figure out which would be correct for my vehicle, he instantly assumed I was either going to complain about his product and request a refund or something, or that I was trying to gain some sort of super valuable trade secret. Simple questions were met with immediate defensive answers that were basically telling me everything was my fault (Which I take full responsibility for) for the current part I have seemingly not being the right fit, even though I was simply trying to ask questions so I could then hopefully order a new part from them that would hopefully work. Rather than just rolling the dice on a $550 flywheel, I thought Maybe I can go direct to the source to ask the right questions to make sure I dont accidentally get the wrong one this time - Didnt expect a refund, exchange, to get some trade secrets, nothing - just wanted to hopefully buy another one of their products to work in my application. But nope - Instead the guy was rude and literally 100% absolutely no help whatsoever. Couldnt even tell you if their product is any good or not, despite how hard I tried to buy yet another one that would hopefully work, (No one in their right mind would expect anyone to take one of these things back after its been installed once, so I already knew that was a sunk cost) so I only have my experience with their Customer disservice to go off of and it was dismal.
